My move was interstate and I read reviews prior to hiring this company and overall they were positive, but my experience is less so. My furniture was picked up on December 12th. I hadn't received any information from them so I sent an email asking for delivery information on December 18th. I finally wound up calling on the 20th to get information. When I told them that I had sent multiple emails before getting a response I was told I should have called. I told them that I was busy and email was easier to keep track of and was told that I must have used the wrong email address, to which I said I used the email address they wrote me from.I was speaking to Joseph and when I told him I was getting frustrated since it was 8 days since my furniture had been picked up but had no idea when it would be delivered. He said of course it would be delivered, did I think they wanted to keep it? He was such a jerk I hung up and left a voicemail for someone in sales since that was the only other number I had. They finally decided to respond to the earlier emails and said that my stuff was being loaded from the warehouse and would leave soon. Since I didn't leave my boxes in a warehouse I wanted to know where it was - they never bothered to respond to that.The delivery was made Christmas Eve in a huge truck that was clearly crammed with belongings of multiple people. The boxes I sent were almost all new and in excellent condition, the boxes I received were bent and split from being poorly loaded.The delivery man had hired a local mover to assist him. When they started unpacking they placed something that I suspected was my screen leaning on the truck and started putting stuff that was associated with a different move in front of it. I tried to tell him that I thought that it was my screen and he said Lady, I m a professional and know what I m doing." My bookcase was unloaded and when the blanket was removed it was clearly damaged. My bathroom storage unit had been taken apart (not in my presence when loaded), and a shelf on the screen had been removed but the screws were not there. His comment was that he didn't load it, it wasn't his fault. The two movers moved everything in the garage and didn't give me a chance to look things over. When I asked the driver he was going to mark down what was damaged, he said yes, which I assumed meant he would go over the boxes to mark down damage, but he got in the cab of his truck and drove off. He did not put anything taken apart by your movers back together and did not mark down any damage I found.I called them after the delivery regarding the damage and left a voicemail and they didn't respond. I finally sent them an email on the 31st to follow up and was told that the move was insured and I needed to file a claim. I filed a claim on December 31, 2012, the movers called and requested that I send them pictures on January 29 - I forwarded the earlier email to them again.On February 2nd I was notified by the insurance company that their agreement with the movers had been terminated and they would no longer be handling the claim. They indicated that the movers would be responsible for the damage. It is now April 25th and I still haven t received any additional information from Alliance despite multiple requests for status.

I'm very happy with Alliance Relocations. I just finished a local move from MD to the East Bay. The movers who came to my place were great. They did an excellent job. Everything happened on time, nothing was damaged, and they were very helpful. They did most of my packing for me and I thought they did a great job and they were quick. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that I was frustrated with the owner. He was somewhat difficult to reach. I asked him to send an email to confirm our appointment and I had to ask 3 or 4 different times before he did it. He was also supposed to send a certificate of insurance to my condo building and he waited until the last day after I pestered him to send it. Overall, however, I would highly recommend them because the movers themselves were so good

Found Alliance Relocation on the net and it was the first among on the moving company reviews that popped up with hundreds of great reviews and I made my mind to give them a call, after an initial conversation I knew this was the company and the deal struck and they managed to provide me a slot convenient to our schedule. On the moving day 2 guys moved us within 5 hours and it was an amazing experience for all of us. We literally sat on the couch and watched because we didn't have anything to do since they managed out things really well.

Thank you to Alliance Relocation Systems for a job well done on my move. The staff is highly professional and honest. The movers were all good natured and worked hard to load up the truck and unload on the delivery end. I was very pleased with the job that they did.

If your looking for a professional and honest moving company than give Alliance Reclocation system a call. They explained exactly what we were paying for and what if any extra charges we would pay upon pickup. We had a few extra boxes on the day of the move and a few boxes that need to be re-boxed(busted bottoms). The price went up but we understood that this could happen by adding extra items and packing. The guys were friendly and worked very hard. Very good company.

Alliance did a fantastic job when they moved me from a three bedroom apartment (with roommates) in Silver Spring into my own one bedroom apartment, also in the city. Despite being a bit late, they were incredibly efficient, professional, courteous and accommodating. Luis was also very thorough, transparent and helpful when i initially scheduled the move. I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone looking to move!

The guys from Alliance Relocation Systems are recommended. They showed up early, were professional and friendly even though they had to move me into a 2rd story flat with no elevator on one of the few hot days when we planned to move.. The team worked hard and got my move completed in less than the estimated time. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvineance as they showed up early so had to rush up for few things otherwise overall service was good.

Alliance Relocation Systems offered us a decent service. I called them when I had to move from my old apartment to a new one just a few blocks away. The total move cost was less than they originally quoted and they worked hard the whole time. 2 well built movers came in and their dedication was to see them how they worked with determination and portrayed great team spirit. Didn't even ask for a tip like most movers I have seen. Needless to say, I gave them a good tip for their hard work. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier??s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad.

Finding this company was the best option i met that summer. At first i talked with the boss - the Sherif. He explained me the whle process from the beginning. From the on site estimation which was the next day, till the delivery and unpacking of my stuff. Everything was perfectly packed and loaded on the trucks. The next day in my new house in Washington DC they came right on time. The process of unpacking my belongings was hard because of my tight koridor, but because of their experience there was nothing damaged. I can recommend to all of the people who are looking for a reliable and affordable moving company. Use their services, you won't be sorry about.

I've used services from Alliance Relocation Systems two times over the last five years. This company has always been on time on or under estimate, friendly, and fast. The trucks are clean and they always have all the equipment they need to do the move themselves. They moved me out of my condo, delivered a load of my stuff to my storage unit, and moved me into my new place in 4 hours!!! . I've had one move in the rain and the crew kept going and kept all our stuff as dry as possible. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

I used Alliance Relocation Systems for our yesterday s move across the street, actually we were recommended this company by a office colleague. From,the very start,my experience in dealing with this company and their staff was good and I decided to book them. The three guys were all very nice and courteous. They were very quick, completing the move in less time than my other (all too frequent) moves, and all my stuff appears to be in one piece. They were also very honest regarding the minor damage they did to the property that I was moving out of, pointing it out without any solicitation. Good job Alliance Relocation Systems.

With very short notice I needed movers to pack and load my apartment, and transport and unload into a storage facility. I called Alliance just three days before my move after reading the glowing reviews online... Lenny was able to schedule me in! He went over the entire process, discussed my options, sent me a quote, and remained in contact throughout the move.
The movers called ahead on the day of the move, arrived on time, and worked well with building staff to protect the floors, etc. (HOA rules!). The crew worked efficiently and everything in my place was packed, wrapped, padded, and ready to move in no time. They hustled over to the storage facility, worked well with the staff there (facility rules!), and were helpful and friendly throughout the entire move.
Lenny called and txt'd me to make sure everything was running smoothly, and to follow-up after the move, and this level of service and the professionalism of the moving crew was much appreciated. A very positive end to a stressful moving experience!

I have used Alliance Relocation Systems twice while switching out apartments in the city. They did such an amazing job both times that when my folks told me that they were moving cross-country, it was a no-brainer to recommend them help load up their truck. The guys showed up and packed a 3 story + basement house into a truck with swiftness, professionalism, and expertise. With all of the crazies of a long-distance move, my mind was put at ease on moving day because of Alliance Relocation Systems. Thanks guys!

Highly Recommended! I just rented a space at this facility. My primary reason for choosing this location was convenience and first impression. The staff are professional, they fully explain your rental terms and agreement, they answer any questions and they show you the facility and your particular space.

Alliance moved us in first week of Aug.2012. They were very professional throughout the move. I made the reservations with Lenny and she called back a day before the move to confirm the time and place.

On the day of the move, three movers showed up on time. They worked constantly for four hours packing carefully. They were fast, careful and very courteous. Lenny called twice during the move to ask if everything was going well, this was very nice and made us feel he really cares about our move. They were very efficient while unloading too.
We were very pleased with their speed as well as their friendliness. I will use them anytime in future and recommend them to anyone.

I've used guys from Alliance Relocation on two occasions and the last time when I moved I had called them two days before my move and they offered to squeeze me in with a ton of my stuff into the new apartment on that rainy day. The two guys who showed up were friendly, and great at negotiating. This company did not charge me for the time it took them to get their truck situated to our place and were easy to talk with. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. Referred by a friend, I was a little apprehensive about hiring movers for the first time. Their online ratings were helpful in pushing me over the edge, and in the end I can't imagine ever making a move without a company as efficient and professional as these guys.

The person on the phone (Joseph, I believe) was very helpful, informative, knew what he was talking about, and got me a move date and estimate that was accurate and itemized. It was a pleasure. She sent out an information packet as promised and had be clear on all the steps and responsibilities.

When the movers arrived (I'll have to look up their names) on July 4th, they started immediately and had me moved in less than 8 hours. I still have not found anything damaged and they even helped me move a few larger pieces of furniture out to the curb for pickup. It was a very positive experience which left me elated. This might be my first 5-star review!

Absolutely wonderful! They moved our 5500 square foot home. We have many high-end items as well as extremely heavy and large items and all were wrapped and treated with kids gloves by Lanez and his crew. From the initial contact with Meir who came out and gave a detailed estimate to the wonderful, pleasant, professional and thoughtful Lanez and his moving crew, I couldn't have asked for a smoother move (which took place over 2 days).
