I have been dealing with Scott Clark Toyota for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. I use Justin Bustle as my service adviser as he has always treated me fairly and made sure that I am satisfied. I always request technician, Jimmy Adcock , as has always done the work on both of my Toyota's. He makes sure that my vehicles are working properly and always informs me of any problems that need to be repaired before they become major.

Jose Hernandez sold my brother a truck and a week later I also bought another truck from him because he was fair, honest and provided excellent upfront sales assistance. After the sale, he continued to stay in touch and help me coordinate a service visit to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was very impressed with his service and will make sure I pass along his name to others who may want to make a future purchase. Thank you Scott Clarks Toyota and Jose. I would not buy another Toyota any place else.

We just purchased a Prius from Scott Clark's Toyota and we really had a great experience. Special kudos to our sales person Harold Cruze, who while new to the dealership, took excellent care of us, addressed all our questions and did not give us the high pressure pitch that we so hate. I leased a Toyota Rav4 and Travis Wilson worked with me from start to finish, explaining every detail and making it the most pleasant experience Ive ever had buying or leasing a car. He gave me a great deal, got me the exact color and model I wanted, and delivered it the next day, 100 miles away! I wont go anywhere else after working with him and Scott Clark.

I had my 1st service appointment on 8-5-2015 with Pete Acree. When I arrived,they were EXTREMELY busy,but I was still treated with the utmost courteously and consideration. I never felt like they were rushing me or trying to push me aside. I was there about an hour and a half and inquired when they thought I would be ready and as I had a Dr appointment . About 2 minutes later Pete Acree came and told me I would be ready to go in 15 minutes. And 15 minutes later I was getting in my car and leaving. I appreciate the courteous and personal service by Pete Acree and I am VERY happy I talked to him before buying a car and listened to his advice and settled on my 2015 Camry.

From the first phone conversation with Justin Michaud I knew that was where I needed to be to buy my next car. I knew what I wanted and Justin found it. Though there was just one car exactly like I wanted he found it and made a commitment to have it to me within a very reasonable time. He had the car delivered to my home over 150 miles away by a very nice gentleman. I am so pleased with my new RAV4. It is everything I wanted. I had my Camry Hybrid in for its 15,000 mile check up and Fred Caspary, my service advisor was on hand to greet me and assure me every part of my car would be checked and appropriate adjustment would be done for it. I don't think I was there longer than an hour when Fred was back in the lounge area with a full report. Everything was done and he even hooked me up with a delivery agent to help me with a question about my phone system in the audio system. That took all of 5 minutes because these people are so well trained. This is my second new Hybrid from this dealer and I can't say enough good things about them. Fred is my go to guy about my car and he is the BEST!

I've been using Pete since finding him after relocating to Charlotte, and having problems with another dealership service department. Pete always goes out of his way to make you feel like your problem is his, and makes sure you receive exactly what you expected. If you want great serivce, ask for Pete when scheduling service. I went to this dealer to buy a specific car, however I was steered into another car that was cheaper and told was comparable. It was not. I was sold an extended warranty and then lied to about the terms and how it would be financed. Long story short, they took the money I would have paid for a quality car and coerced me into buying one that is not for essentially the same price. A little more all said and done actually. I had no idea that the extra cost would be financed because I was shown one amount and then another actually ended up going to the bank. After complaining, this dealer's idea to "make things right" for me was to try to convince me to go upside down on my loan and buy a more expensive car from them. This was after they admitted to poor business practice and apologized profusely (I went through three reps, all of which claiming they would have never let what happened happen on their watch). When I wouldn't go along with their plan I was told how foolish I was for buying the car I bought in the first place, the one THEY sold to me a couple weeks earlier. This was after several people came out and made it sound like they would refund the money on my warranties but if I wanted they would swap the car out for the same bloated price of my current non-quality car + extended warranties. This was to keep me busy by showing me "special" cars so everyone else could quietly sneak out and go home. That way when I didn't bite they could say "Well hey, were closed now so there's nothing else we can do". The reason it took so long for me to realize the amount they financed for me was because I didn't get my paperwork for three weeks, then their bank(PNC) told me they didn't service the loan themselves and instead outsourced it. I was given a website that was invalid to get my info, then eventually found something by searching for individual parts of the bogus web address on Google. Imagine my surprise when I finally got to see the total amount financed. All I got prior to this was payment coupons in the mail with my monthly fee amount but no total cost. This dealer was dishonest, and then when I called them out on it they wasted my time and tried to double dip on the shady business practices. I will never do business with them again, and its a shame that this dealer has gone as far downhill as they have because I have bought cars from them in the past and had no issues. I would avoid, but if you must shop there be very careful and don't trust anyone no matter what they tell you.

I am the owner of a 2005 Toyota Sienna. Crystal Terry at Scott Clark's service department has been my service advisor for years. She is very responsive to my car needs, and I have full confidence that she'll leave no stone unturned. Crystal Terry at Scott Clark Toyota is one of the best service advisors I have dealt with. Since my move to Charlotte in 2008, Crystal has advised me on my 1999 Camry in many ways. She is very honest about what work should be completed immediately as well as what can wait and what may come up in the near future. I am very happy with the serive I receive from her.

I just recently bought a new Corolla from Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the Scott Clark staff. Sales Associate Curtis Lanier and Sales Manager Marty Abernathy bent over backwards to make sure every step of my car buying experience was excellent. Curtis has been my go to guy for Toyota's for a long time and has earned my business time after time. He knows the cars and will make it happen when you find what you want. He's a great guy that's not going to give you the run around. I just met Mr. Abernathy on this last purchase and I have to say he has gone the extra mile. Whatever is may be, he will take care of it for you. The great service doesn't stop when you sign and drive either, Marty's "after the sale customer service" can't be beat. Scott Clark Toyota not only sells a great product line, but also employs the best people across the board. Go see for yourself why Scott Clark has so many repeat customers. I've never had a bad experience there, you won't either...and their new showroom is awesome!

I have had many Toyotas purchased from Scott Clark. Pete Acree has been my service advisor since day one. He never fails to have a smlie on his face and is eager to make sure all issues, which are few, are taken care of in a timely manner. I recently purchased a Prius. This is the best car I have ever owned. Even though Pete is my service advisor he called me in November and suggested I come in and look at the Prius. He knew that each time I came in with my Corolla I always talked about the Prius. I went to the dealership and Pete walked me to the showroom floor and showed me the Prius I should buy. Later that day I owned it. I enjoy coming to the dealership for the great service and for the manicures. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. I can't image going anywhere else for service or sales.

this is my 1st toyota 4runner and I love it. having the 4runner serviced at Scott Clark has been a wonderful experience thanks to Crystal Terry. She is easy to reach and very helpful, I can always count on Crystal to make my visit there awesome :-)

I had recently been involved in an accident, and my insurance company totaled my vehicle. I was waiting for a settlement check to arrive, but I had to do some car shopping. Because of the amount of driving I do, I was interested in a Toyota Prius.

I began by surfing the web, and based on a friend's experience, checked out Scott Clark's Toyota. I saw some vehicles I was interested in and sent a query to them. Robert Van Alstyne replied to my email within 10 minutes or so. I decided to go visit the dealership on Sunday.

I met Robert and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. He was not a stereotypical salesman just trying to make a sale. He listened to me and found several previously-owned vehicles to consider. I took a test drive and was impressed by Robert's ability to answer my questions. At no time did I feel pressured. If Robert didn't have a clear answer for a question, he found others to give me the answers I needed.

After considering my options, I decided to purchase a new Prius instead. Robert found just the vehicle for my wife and me to consider, and took another test drive, this time with my wife at the wheel. We were sold!

Robert obtained favorable financing for us, and we worked with Tony in the Financing department to close the deal. I still did not have my settlement check, and there was no problem. I literally walked out of the dealership with a new car, and dropped off the down-payment check two days later.

I have already decided that my next vehicle will come from Scott Clark's Toyota.

Scott Clark Toyota was great to work with. Travis Wilson was our salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is honest, not pushy, and cares about us.
