They took advantage of my husband who is disabled. Parts weren't put back on the dryer. When I pulled it out to put the clips that hold on the top, the vent hose was hooked up so badly it discontected. I have one screw that doesn't go any where I can see and one that is different that is missing in the front. They put a $95.00 part on . Charged $294.12 plus tax for a 15 minute job that was sloppy. If there was a negative star I would mark it!

I made a follow up appointment with the office (to complete a job) during the time the owner was on vacation. The guy answering the phone had no people skills, but did set an appointment. I asked for an early morning so I could get to work, and the earliest ANY day was starting at 9:30 with a window to 10:30. On the morning of the appointment which was from 9:30 to 10:30, the owner called (at 9:45) and said he'd just landed and had to go pick up his kids, and when was our appointment? When I said "right now" he became angry and said he couldn't make it until later. When I told him his office help had set the appointment he became angry with ME, (Hello, I??m a paying customer?!?). I'd taken time off from work to get my stove repaired. They advertise they work the hours of 8am-8pm???? and 100% satisfaction. I lost a half day of work, my stove doesn??t work and my option is to call them back to see if they??d show up this time???? NOT ME!!!!
