Mike came through HUGE for our wedding pictures. A friend told me about Mike and we met with him before our Wedding Day. Me & my mom told him how she was burned big time with my sister's wedding photographer. She charged $3,000 for 3 hours and then told my sister that she had to leave the wedding early to go on a date! And this is somebody that's really well known here. So needless to say, we wanted to be sure nothing like that would ever happen again. Mike was so calming and reassured us that he would go above & beyond and would honor any requests we made. He was so easy to talk to and he really knows what he's doing. He spent time just listening to me & my mom. We came to him with a rough idea and really just trusted him and his experience. He asked us about our budget, which was $2,000 and he came in at $1,988, with tax, and we got everything we asked for and even more! He took our suggestions and gave it his own flair and we came out with the most amazing pictures. He completely captured the mood and beauty of our day. We couldn??t have asked for a more professional photographer. Mike did a WONDERFUL job of capturing the happiest day of our lives and we couldn't be happier! And now that we're having a baby, we wouldn't want anyone else taking the pictures! Mike said he will even come up to the hospital and take some there! Thanks for everything Mike! Your awesome!!!

When Mike Wingo agreed to photograph our wedding, we agreed his job was to capture the candid moments, be generally unobtrusive and above all, keep my Dad from feeling compelled to photograph the whole thing himself. In other words, cover it like a photojournalist. He did it all with grace and style. He also did it in a way that allowed him to blend in and not draw any attention to himself. When I saw all of the photos (he shot, like, 850 in 4.5 hours) I kept thinking that I didn't even remember him being there! If you want your wedding photos to look like what actually happened at your wedding ?? hugs, smiles, kids, grandmas, toasts, love, you and your guests having a good time ?? contact Mike Wingo. P.S. the posed group photos looked great too. He was super organized and got everyone in and out of the group pictures in 20 minutes, which was not easy to say to say the least! My Mom and Dad are divorced and won't be in the same room together, but Mike scheduled their pictures so they didn't have to run into each other, and it wasn't that big of a deal. Because he kept all of the group pictures on time, we got to spend the rest of the time before the reception getting the pictures we wanted of the two of us together!
