They guided us in the right direction. Everyone calmed me down when I got frustrated, they obviously have been through this before. Their experience and knowledge of all the banks- who's better, who's worse- and most especially what to do at each maddening crossroad. If you do as they suggest, it WILL get done. Use 'em.

They have a lot of knowledge and business contacts. They're very aware of the nature of this business as well. They were the experts and helped us with our loan modification.

Not only are they knowledgeable and stay on top of the ever-changing mortgage market, they do a great job at building strong relationships with underwriters and other bank personnel.

A family member of mine recommended My Homeowners Advocate after they had been counseled to get their own modification. Working with them, they never promised anything upfront, but designed an agreement that worked for both of us. It didn't happen overnight, but MHA helped make it happen and I now have my trial modification.

They didn't make any outrageous promises and they explained things as they are. They said they would try their best and told us all the pros & cons so that we were well informed. But they made it work in the end and that's all I could ask for!

If it weren't for them, we seriously would have lost our home. They helped us to get our loan modified so that we could find a monthly price that we could afford. They were successful and we've now got our finances under control.

I worked with My Homeowners Advocate last year to buy my first home. They provided great advice and presented many options throughout the process to make sure I got what I wanted. They work very hard to achieve the best for their customers and have even kept in touch with me making them a great source for good advice on refinancing. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They helped us refinance and get our loan modification approved in a very short time. People claim that Homeowners Advocate can't do that for them, but I'm living proof that it worked. Thanks to them I still own my home!

Luckily, My Homeowners was able to reduce my monthly payments and I was able to keep my home. If it weren't for them, I don't know where we would be.

My finances were on a downward spiral after losing my job so paying for my mortgage was becoming increasingly difficult with every minute that passed. A friend told me about Homeowners Advocate and they helped me restructure my mortgage payments. Luckily, I'm employed again but I'm very grateful for what they helped me with.

Homeowners Advocate really try hard to work things out in your favor. They helped us with our payments for our mortgage on two of our homes and were able to create a plan for us.

My husband and I were having trouble with our mortgage and we feared the worst. We thought we were going to lose our home! At the suggestion of a friend, we contacted Homeowners Advocate. After meeting with them, I felt confident that they would do their best to assist us. They were able to negotiate things and worked out all our problems. I couldn't be any more relieved and that's all thanks to Homeowners Advocate.
