Dean is incredible. He knows the ins and outs of every loan, happily answers every question, responds rapidly to emails, and bends over backwards to get the job done: from standing on-call for us during a weekend home bidding war, to making loan adjustments that our agents didnt think possible.

I can't imagine anyone else who'll work so hard to customize and close your loan to your liking, and do it all with such a terrific attitude. If you want a lender whom you can depend on as a professional and trust like a friend, give him a call.

Yea, that pretty much sums up my experience with Dean Wong from RPM Mortgage. Not only did Dean listen to my concerns, but he helped me understand the mortgage lending process. I consider myself to be pretty intelligent, but when it came to the lending process, the stacks of paperwork, all the fine print....I was lost. Dean simplified everything. All the fine print got explained to me in layman's terms until I felt comfortable in signing all the paperwork.

I've heard horror stories of people getting taken advantage of during the home buying process, but I have to say, Dean is trustworthy and will tell you upfront whether or not he can help you. He made it simple and painless.

I have already recommended Dean to many friends, and they have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with him as well.
