Wow, I see some bitter people here - All I can say is I had NO problems at all with my move, it was conducted quickly and professionally and I was pleased with the experience. I have moved a lot in my life so far and have to say this is the smoothest yet.

My wife and I had your company come out today and move some items to our new home. The gentlemen you sent out were absolutely awesome!!! We wanted to personally thank All America Moving for the services you provided. The gentlemens names were Ian and Howard and they moved everything with no damage and were thorough in explaining everything. I have dealt with many moving companies working with the US Navy and Kelloggs and these 2 were the best!!! Thank you so much and we will recommend your company to all our friends

I hired this company and was never given ANY specifics over the phone except for pricing, and what time they would be at my house. When they got there they wanted me to sign a paper saying they would pay $.60 per pound if anything was broken and i would have to pay an additional $100 if I wanted $.80 per pound if anything was broken. I then calmly called the owner GREGG who started yelling and screaming at me telling me that him his wife and daughter are the only people working there and they all tell everyone the same thing and that he's never had a call like mine and that i'm a liar so I just hung up on him because I wasn't going to deal with him yelling at me and i'm the customer? So they continue loading my things or should I say THROWING my things into the truck. When we got to the new place there was another moving truck in the way and they told me that I had to wait until the other company was done until they could unload my stuff and I would have to pay them for their time. I then politely asked the other company to move and they did. Then ALL AMERICAN MOVERS started standing around and looking at my stuff and weren't even moving anything I had to ask them to get to work. Finally when they were at almost 3 hours (and i only have a 1 bedroom apptartment) they started talking on their cell phone and standing around so I called the owner again and told him I would not pay for them slacking. The owner then proceeded to tell me that he didn't trust me at that point because I was refusing to pay for the half hour because of the dilly dallying and he told me that If i didn't pay 4 hours in cash up frount they would pack up the rest of my stuff and take it with them until I did pay for 4 hours, then they would charge me to bring it back and so on. I then proceeded to CALL THE POLICE! YES I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! They came and told them that the deal in the contract stated that I pay them when they are done, so they couldn't do that to me. I am a single girl only 22 years old, and I know for a fact they did it because of those circumstances, they thought they could take advantage of me. What I am mostly appauled about is the fact that the OWNER was screaming and yelling at me the customer. If you want the job done right, and you don't want any hidden fees, and you don't want to deal with slacking idiots, DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY. OH and on top of it they broke about $300 worth of my stuff, but after my experience I don't even care to ask them to pay for it. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN AND IF YOU LIKE YOUR STUFF THE WAY IT IS, YOU SHOULD NEVER HIRE THEM!
