1st visit today. Staff was super friendly. They were able to provide me with an appointment the same day that I called, which I totally appreciate because I was in a heap of pain. Dr. Batchelor was AWESOME! He took the time to take a complete assessment of the situation and then he explained to me exactly why I'm experiencing the lower back pain. He showed me the x-ray and pointed out how things should be aligned and where I'm out of whack. From there he did a few more assessments and treatments. By the end of the treatment session, I could already tell the difference and felt dramatically better when I left than I did when I came in. I'm looking forward to the new completely pain-free me. Fees were reasonable, the place was clean, I didn't have to wait long, the staff was pleasant, the doctor was caring, the treatment was not painful, the care was effective. I wouldn't change a thing. That's how your suppose to run a doctors office. My thanks to everyone at Batchelor Clinic, you were super!.

Dr. Batchelor came very highly recommended to me by my golf buddy and now I highly recommend him to you.
After seeking care at 2 other chiropractic offices and not getting relief for my mid back and lower back spasm, Dr. Batchelor was my third and successful attempt. The relief was immediate and now I am able to move my back without the restriction, spasm or pain. The doctor and his staff were very polite and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Batchelor, I am able to play golf again with no pain. Thanks doc for the excellent results.

Dr. Batchelor is great! I was experiencing loss of sensation/heaviness in my legs. After many frustrating months of doctors telling me there was nothing wrong, I decided to try a chiropractor. On my first consultation with Dr. Batch, he explained to me how a nerve was trapped and how he could fix the problem. He was right! He treats me like I am his friend, listens to any concerns, and provides solid advice. I enjoy going to his office.

Dr. Batchelor helped me when no one else had a clue on what to do. In less than a week, Dr. Batchelor had eliminated my headaches and sciatica. He's a wonderful doctor and has those special qualities that are hard to find in a doctor.\r

When I enter a doctors office, I typically want to know the answer to 3 basic questions. Can you help me? How long will it take? How much will it cost?. \r
Dr. Batchelor's answers suited me well so I asked him to treat me. \r
He was very meticulous and thorough when he examined me and I like that. \r
He helped me tremendously in only one visit and all I had to pay was a $10 copay. \r
Thats how healthcare is suppose to be. Effective, efficient, fast and affordable. \r
I highly recommend Dr. Batchelor.

I have had severe lower back pain and spasms in the past that sidelined me on the average of 3 times per year for the past dozen or so years. When I lived in San Diego, I went to a chiropractor, a neurologist and a physical therapist to no avail. I became frustrated and depressed. In April, I moved to Atlanta. Dr. Batchelor came highly recommended by two of my workout buddies at Lifetime Fitness and I concur with them. He was able to detect and correct some imbalances in my body that no one has been able to find in the past. As a result, he was able to get me back to a painfree life which is something I had only dreamed about. You never really appreciate being painfree until you live in pain for some time and then have it removed from your life. Now, painfree life is a reality thanks to Dr. Batchelor and I appreciate him for taking the time to help me.

In April, I slipped on the tennis court and injured my sacro-illiac joint. The pain was extreme and I could not play the rest of the set. I spent the next 3 days in my bed. After the 3 days in bed, the pain was not better. I called my tennis coach and he referred me to Dr. Batchelor. \r
When I walked in to the clinic, I had to use crutches. After 30 minutes of treatment, I could walk out with no crutches and by the end of the next days treatment, my pain was non-existent. The day after that I played tennis. Dr. Batchelor is a remarkable doctor and I don't know what I would have done without him.\r

Dr. Batchelor is a good hearted chiropractor in Roswell. \r
I injured my neck in an auto accident when I was stopped at a red light and rear ended by a drunk driver back in March.\r
Dr. Batchelor was very kind and caring and had a great bedside manner. He was able to reduce the pain and spasm in my neck and get me back to work in a very short time. I was highly impressed by his work ethics and his office procedures as well as his manners and ability to get me feeling good again.\r

Dr B. fixed me when all others failed. While doing a hard workout followed by some heavy squats at my gym, I felt something click in my lower back. I immediately starting having spasms in my lower back and had to call it quits for the day. I sat in the jacuzzi afterwards but that did not help at all. In fact, I think it made it worse. I could hardly get out of the jacuzzi so I knew I had something serious. After going to a neurologist and then an orthopedist in Atlanta and after spending an obsene amount of money on diagnostic tests including an MRI, the neurologist and orthopedist did not have a clue on what was causing my intense lower back pain, nor did they know how to fix it. They gave me anti-inflammatory drugs, pain killers and muscle relaxants. Thats not a fix and not treating the cause of my problem. Thats treating my symptoms. ""I don't know what it is but take this drug"" is an insult to anyones intelligence. No wonder a health care crisis exists in America. Next, I was referred to a physical therapist. The motion they put me thru during treatment was very painful and each day after treatment I was having more spasms than before. I tried massage but I could not lie on the table for very long because of the severe spasms and pain. Fortunately, my wifes sister referred me to her chiropractor, Dr. Batchelor in Roswell. He found a pinched nerve in my lower back. He also explained that a standard MRI would not be able to diagnose my condition because the tests were done when I was lying down and I don't have pain when I am horizontal. He mentioned that there are very few MRI's around Georgia that test the patient when they are vertical but that the clinics that purchased a $3,000,000 outdated horizontal machine are not going to replace it with a new $4,000,000 vertical machine even though the new machine would have found the pinched nerve. Similar to jacking your car up in the air to see if the tires are flat. The tires would look fine but when the car is placed back on the ground, you can see that the tires are flat. In my case, I had a pinched nerve that was not caused by a disc problem so nothing showed up on the lying down MRI. Dr. B spent about 20 minutes with me, used a lumbar decompression table, adjusted my lower back and I felt instant relief. My pinched nerve pain was gone and you could imagine how happy I was. I was highly impressed. $10 copay + instant results= happy patient:)\r

I love to play ALTA tennis. Each year without fail for the past several seasons, I have thrown my back out. It usually goes out somewhere between halfway thru the season or near the end of the season. Thats a real bummer for me because thats what I am in the peak of fitness and in the peak of my game. This year before I began the tennis season, I took my tennis partners advice and went to a chiropractor, Dr. Batchelor in Roswell. \r
Dr. Dan found the solution to my back problem. I had a misaligned lower back and a muscle imbalance. The more stress I put my back under, the more those factors would start twisting the bones in my lower back off to one side and pinch on the nerve causing muscle spasm and pain. \r
Now, I can play all season long and not worry about my back going out. They say you know you are getting old when your back goes out more than you do. I feel younger now and healthier than ever thanks to the good doc, Dr. Dan! \r

This is fhe first time that I have been to a chiropractor so I was not sure on what to expect and I dont normally write reviews but I found Dr. Batchelor to be someone that deserved to be talked about.
I hurt my back a few years ago when I helped a friend move. When going up the stairs while carrying a table, I twisted sideways and felt an immediate sudden and severe pain. I spent the rest of the day horizontal.
I went to my massage therapist but that did not help. I went to the orthopedic surgeon and he gave me some strong pain pills and muscle relaxants. They did nothing but make my stomach sick. I realized I had something more serious.
I called my supervisor since I was unsure if I would be able to work. He recommended Dr Batchelor and said I should have went there before going anywhere else.
Dr. Batchelor is a chiropractor and has an office on Roswell rd, not far from my house. I decided to go there. A friend of mine helped bring me.
During treatment, I felt confident that the doctor knew what he was doing. Dr. Batchelor found a muscle injury and a pinched nerve.
After using some therapies that felt really good, he put me on a special table and then manipulated my lower back. I was starting to feel even better.
At the conclusion of the treatment that day which took about 30 minutes, I had around 70% less pain. The next day I came back and was treated again. Dr. Batchelor was able to give me complete relief by the end of that treatment. Pretty remarkable considering the fact that the first 2 experts that I went to gave me no relief at all.
Dr. Batchelor comes highly recommended.

I've been a power lifter for a dozen or so years and have been competing nationally for the past 2 years. I can tell when a doctor has that special touch and when he doesnt. Dr. B has that special touch.
I met Dr. Batchelor thru his front desk person who works out at my gym. She is #1 in the world in Muy Thai kick boxing. Dr. B treats her and she gives him a lot of credit for keeping her injury free.
Before I went to Dr. Batchelor, I always had a nagging pain in my lower back. In addition, when I lifted, I always felt one of my shoulders dropping down so I had to struggle just to keep the weight centered. Maybe no one else could tell but I could.
Dr. Batchelor was able to analyze and correct my muscle imbalance. When he showed me my xray, I could see how the spine was not centered. Now, since Dr. B has been treating me, when I lift I feel stronger and more balanced.
Dr B. corrected the nagging pain that I had in my lower back by adjusting several of the vertebrae in my lower back. When I lift, I feel so much stronger and balanced that my muscle definition has improved as well as my overall strength. Thanks doc for taking care of me!

I have been an athlete most of life so my joints have a bit of wear and tear in them. I know when its time for a tune up and I know when its time for a complete overhaul for my body. When its time for a tune up, Dr. Dan knows exactly how to get me feeling good again. When I need an overhaul I put him to work but by the time he is done, I feel like a young kid again. Dr. Dan is my pit crew. He is an athlete and sometimes its takes one to know one. When I get out of alignment from pushing my body past the limit, its good to know there is a doctor that can get me back in the game. If Dr. Dan cant do it, nobody can!

Dr. Batchelor has been the best doctor I have been to. He was able to relieve a chronic back pain that I had suffered from for over 4 years. In the past, I had tried everything but nothing helped until my next door neighbor referred me to Dr. Batchelor. After a couple of sessions, my pain was gone and I am now able to play tennis with my wife again. Thanks to Dr. Batchelor, my pain is gone and my life is back.

I met Dr. Batchelor on an organized dog hike at Red Top Mountain. He has been a godsend to me. Before he treated me, I was having severe headaches and neck pain that made me nauseas. After the second treatment with Dr. Batchelor, my headaches were gone and around 80% of my neck pain was gone. I was totally impressed. I had been taking pain killers and muscle relaxants for a year and a half and I think my liver also thanks Dr. Batchelor for getting me off of that crap. Now I feel 100% and can live a normal life thanks to Dr. Batchelor

Now I feel 100% and can live a normal life thanks to Dr. Batchelor

Sold me a package of ten treatments and then wouldn't let me use them. He stated that they were for recreational use only and since I was hurt in a car accident he wouldn't let me use them. (He wanted my insurance money too). When I bought them there was no choice between recreational and injury treatments. Those treatments have gone unused because I don't want anybody that unethical touching me.

I finally found a doctor that helped me.
Last year I hurt my back in a waverunner accident and as a result I developed groin and back pain that lingered constantly.
I went to my family doctor and he told me to take anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants until the pain went away. Since I did not know any better, I actually tried them thinking maybe that would help. What a joke!
Next, I went to a chiropractor near my home off of Holcomb Bridge road. Still no relief after a weeek of treatment.
My dad decided to take me to Dr. Batchelor. Dr. Batchelor is his chiropractor in Roswell. My dad plays golf and swears by Dr. Batchelor.
Dr. Batchelor found that my sacro-illiac joint was subluxated or stuck out of position. He used decompression at the same time that he used physical therapy on the joint. Immediately after that, he adjusted my sacro-iliac joint. That thing made a loud noise when it moved. It was painless but it really moved and felt good.
He tested me some more and said "Ok, that does it. You're good to go". I thought he was joking. How could he fix it just like that. I got up off the table and the pain that had lingered for so long was gone. He told me to do some rehab exercises to get the joint stable again because I had some ligament instabiliy and that if I did the exercises, I won't have the problem in the future.
To this day, the joint feels perfect. I was very impressed and definately recommend Dr. Batchelor for those that need a chiropractor.

A couple of weeks ago I had to go to a wedding for a friend of mine. I dressed up and then put on my 4 inch heels that I have not worn in a long time. \r
After the wedding, I went to the reception and stood for around 2 hours. By the time I came home, my back was in severe spam. I've never had anything like that before. I was worried that it was going to be unfixable.\r
I called my mother to see who her chiropractor was. My mom actually came over and drove me to Dr. Batchelor's office in Roswell. The clinic was open on Saturday evening. My boyfriend came with us and helped me since I could hardly walk on my own. \r
When we walked in, my boyfriend who does martial arts fighting, recognized the front desk person from his gym. She is #1 in the world in Muy Thai martial arts fighting. They talked and then she brought me back to the examination room. \r
Dr. Batchelor came in to check out my back.\r
He found that I have swayback along with a leg length imbalance and that wearing the heels pushed the structures beyond the norm and pinched on a big nerve in my lower back. That caused the pain and spasm.\r
He used phycial therapy on me and by the end of the treatment, my pain was gone. After that he gave me exercises to do that would strengthen the area and prevent me from having that aweful pain again.\r
Thanks to Dr. Batchelor, I feel good again.

Having sufferred from a disc injury when I was playing football in college, I have never been the same. \r
After consulting with many specialists including chiropractors, physical therapists and surgeons, no one has been able to give me relief from my pain except Dr. Batchelor. I was told by two surgeons that my only option was surgery that involved fusing the 2 bones at the bottom of my spine together. I have had so many friends that suffer from failed back surgery that I did not even want to chance it.\r
When I started under Dr. Batchelor's care, I was at a level 10 on a 1-10 pain scale. He brought me from a 10 to a 1 and that was using no drugs and no surgery. \r
After losing hope that I would never be able to be painfree again, Dr. Batchelor was my savior and he will always be in my prayers. Thanks doc.

After having a great chiropractor in Dallas for many years, when I moved to Atlanta, it took me some time to locate a doc that has that special gift. You can tell if a doc has it and also when he doesn't have it.\r
Doc Batchelor has that special gifted touch that I have been searching for. Once you experience it, you cannot accept anything less. Outstanding doctor and light years ahead of any other chiropractor when it comes to knowledge, tallent, personality and that special touch.

Dr. Batchelor certainly earned my vote!!
Last week I was in the process of moving from Dunwoody to Roswell when I lifted some heavy tools to put into the trunk of my car. When I bent forward I felt something shift in my lower back and I knew that wasn't a good sign. I immediately went to my knees because of the severe pain. I crawled into the back seat of the car and called my wife on my cell phone. "Take me to your chiropractor" were my words. She took me to Dr. Batchelor around 7pm. He's probably the only doctor who opens really early around 6am and closes at 7pm. I was in luck.
Dr. Batchelor examined me and showed me where the bottom vertebra in my lower back had twisted 12 degrees off from midline. It was pinching on a nerve and I could see it. He put me into traction while he used some physical therapy on the area. I could feel the area starting to settle down and relax. Next, he adjusted my back and I could feel that same bone shift again. He tested my back again and found that the correction was successful. I was able to get up on my own and twist and bend with no pain. I told Dr. Batchelor that he is a miracle worker. If you saw me crawl into the clinic and then saw me walking out with normal stride, you would not think it was the same person. Dr. Batchelor certainly has my vote.

He failed to notice my two broken ribs and his treatment made me worse. I paid him by purchasing a block of ten sessions but then he billed my insurance company eventhough I did not assign my benefits to him. In a three way conversation with State Farm, he agreed to return my insurance money. However, he did not. I complained to the BBB and he refused to respond. I complained to the Attorney General's office and there was no reply there either.

For most of my life, I have been an athlete so I have been relentlessly looking for a doctor that was also an athlete. Doc Batchelor fits like a glove. He is an example of health, having won hundreds of running and bike races. He understands what I need and he knows how to take care of my problems. I have had everything from heel pain to neck pain and he has been able to fix me each time.\r
It's not frequent that you find a doc that has the special talent and ability like Doc Batchelor. I went to 3 chiropractors in Roswell before finding him. He has been in Roswell for something like 30 years so he has alot of experience. He is genuinely concerned about my condition and focuses intuitively on it when he treats me.\r
I live in Martins Landing and it is nice knowing that when I am not feeling up to par, Doc Batchelor is but a 5-7 minute drive from my home.\r

I have worked as a waiter at Longhorn Steaks for the past 18 months. As a result of repeated lifting and carrying food with one side of my body, I began to develop neck and arm pain. My hand and finger would begin to tingle and sometimes I would wake up at night with an arm that had no feeling. I knew something had to be done. I called my buddy who went to Dr. Batchelor, a chiropractor in Roswell. The doctor worked on my neck and back for about 20 minutes and found the nerve that was being pinched in my neck that traveled into my arm and hand. He used a couple of physical therapy machines first before using chiropractic. After the treatment, I could turn my neck much further and without pain and I had no more tingling in my arm. The doctor gave me exercises that I had to do each day for my neck so that I could fix the muscle balance in my neck that had been caused by my waiter job. Dr. Batchelor said that the waiter job was the same thing as going to the fitness center every day and working out only one side of my body. Eventually it would catch up with me. It did. Now, as a result of the treatment, I do not wake up with a numb arm and I don't have anymore pain or tingling. I highly recommend Dr. Batchelor. He knows his stuff.

I have been a runner and golfer for many years. I am not sure if that is related to my pain but it probably is. The left side of my lower back and left knee had been hurting me for a long time and I was beginning to develop an actual limp. My friends would ask me about the limp almost everyday. I had pain but I did not notice the limp but they did. Two of them recommended that I go to Dr. Batchelor who is a chiropractor near my home in Roswell. I actually remember running the Roswell Road Race a long time ago and Dr. Batchelor had won it. I made the appoitnment and went in for treatment.\r
Dr. Batchelor did a complete examination of my back and found that the last vertebra in my lower back was pinching on the big sciatic nerve that traveled into my left knee. He used a special table to separate or open up the space where the nerve came out and then he used ultrasound to break up some scar tissue that had been forming. After that he used a technique where I was on my side and he would adjust the last bone in my lower back into a more normal position. I felt a slight click in that area when he adjusted it. The doc said ok, walk around a little and see how it feels. I got up and noticed that the chronic nagging pain in my left lower back was gone as well as the left knee pain I had been having. Dr. Batchelor knows the body like a good mechanic knows how to fix a car. To this day, I still have no pain in those areas. \r
I was impressed with the clinic. The doctor as well as the front desk person were very pleasant and I felt special and well taken care of which was unlike the way I felt at my previous doctors office. My previous doctor was unfit but Dr. Batchelor is a top athlete. \r
My friends have remarked that my limp is gone and that I seem more happy.

After an auto accident last year, I developed headaches and neck pain that would not respond to drugs, massage, or muscle relaxants. I knew I needed something more so I called my sons football coach and he sent me to Dr. Batchelor who he uses for his athletes. After the doc treated me for about 15 minutes, my head started to clear up and I could feel relief of my neck pain. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Batchelor.

I have been a golfer for most of my life. Over 20 years ago I began to feel mild lower back pain. Over those years it has progressively gotten worse until it became a full blown pain that prevented me from playing golf. To sum it up, Dr. Batchelor diagnosed me with disc compression and after treating me 3x, my pain was gone. I have 2 other golf buddies that I sent to him as a result and they both were helped dramatically. Thanks to Dr Batchelor I was able to return to a sport that I love. My insurance covered 100% of the treatment also so it didn't cost me anything.

After having lower back pain for over 3 years and trying to get relief from all the local doctors, no one was able to help me. My sisters husband referred me to Dr. Batchelor and after 2 treatments, he was able to eliminate my pain. I was impressed and will refer others to Dr. Batchelor.

I came in for a chronic back problem and stated I would simply like an opinion toward working out a treatment plan. I was quoted a $40 copay and that was all. I spoke with Dr Batchelor and he examined me, then had me stand up next to an xray machine and proceeded to quickly take multiple xrays. I interrupted him after the first one to ask regarding the price, as I did not want to pay more than the $40 for the consult, and he said that he was aware of price constraints and he keeps everything VERY affordable, but refused to tell me a fixed price. All the while, he continued to quickly take xray after xray. When it was all done, he directed me to the receptionist who asked me for $165 instead of the original $40!!! Besides the fact that it is unethical to take 5 xrays of a persons pelvic region without first discussing the risk of exposing them to this much radiation (I do want to have kids in the near future and would rather them not have three heads!), he refused to stop and clarify price, even after I directly asked him about it. I asked to speak with Dr Batchelor at checkout, but was told he was already busy with another patient. I said I would wait and was told he would be a very long time but would call me later. After waiting hours, I finally called him - after I told him I felt misled, he said he had sent an email explaining everything (I never received one), and then said his pricing was fair, never admitting any wrong-doing. I will never see this unethical person again, and cannot recommend him to anyone.

I had been having back pain for several years as a result of my frequent golf outings with the boys. We would play 18 holes then stop by the 19th hole afterwards for some brewskies. On the 18th hole, I could hardly move because of my back pain but after the beer, I had no pain. By the time the beer wore off, however, I could hardly move again. The beer was my pain killer and muscle relaxant. Two of my golf buddies had similar problems in the past but now they use Dr. Batchelor, a local chiropractor. The told me about Dr. Batchelor so I called and made an appointment. \r
During the 1st treatment, Dr. B. found the exact area where my pain was coming from even though I did not tell him. He's good, I was thinking. He examined me further and found that my right heel was worn out and my left heel was like new. He found that one of my hips was 3/4"" higher than the other. It was as if I had been walking on the side of a hill all day long. On the x-ray, I could clearly see how one of my hips was higher than the other and this was causing one shoe to wear out. Over time, this was causing the bone in my lower back to wedge and pinch on the nerve inbetween the bones. He also showed me some wear on the disc that was being compressed. I am only 38 and don't want to be old before my time but I can see how the bone was starting to wear down the disc because of constant compression. He treating me with electrical acupuncture, some mild traction and chiropractic. After treatment he said ""ok, try it out"". I stood up and my pain was gone. I was thrilled since it was the first time in years that I had no pain. Dr. Batchelor gave me exercises to do at home to get the balance back in my back. He also gave me exercises to do before I tee off on the golf course. The doctor was a pro caddy many years ago so he knows golf and how it relates to back pain so I am happy that I was able to find a doc that could help me so quickly.

Outstanding chiropractor- I have been an MD working in North Fulton for the past 14 years. I was helped by Dr. Batchelor after the so called ""Best in Atlanta"" could not help me. After years of suffering from chronic neck and rib pain, Dr. Batchelor diagnosed cervical neuritis and intercostal neuralgia. He treated me with physical therapy combined with chiropractic and after 2 visits the nerve pressure was eliminated. My neck and rib feel perfect and I thank Dr. Batchelor for finding the cause and correcting it. I have certainly changed my ways of thinking when it comes to medicine and chiropractic. Working together for the good of the patient has become paramount

Pros: Highly effective, very intelligent

Every once in awhile you meet someone with a special gift. When its your own doctor, you are very lucky. Dr. Batchelor is that doctor with a special gift. \r
When I was 12 years of age I was in a whiplash accident. After that accident, I had a difficult time breathing. My parents took me to all of the so called experts in the field. No one could help me. After 14 more years, several doctors and several thousand dollars of tests with the final outcome as ""inconclusive"" I knew I had to search elsewhere. \r
My co-worker referred me to Dr. Batchelor. It took Dr. Batchelor about 2 minutes to find the cause of my problem. He didnt need x-rays or thousands of dollars of diagnostic tests. He found the problem by palpating the ribs where they attach to my spine. He showed me where 2 ribs had come out of place from the seatbelt exerting pressure on my chest during sudden impact. He positioned my body a certain way and then exerted a gentle pressure against the ribs. I could hear 2 painless clicks. Click, click. The pain vanished and I could take a deep breath with no pain. I was amazed but I was also left wondering why no one knew how to fix the problem in the past 14 years. Dr. Batchelor stated that it was simple to diagnose and doesn't even require an x-ray or a diagnostic test. Its sort of like your finger being out of socket. Put it back in socket and the pain goes away. He didn't even charge me. He said it was too simple and didnt make him work. I can't thank Dr. Batchelor enough.

Dr. Batchelor is the most talented and effective doc I have been to. Chiropractic is an art form, some have it and some don't. Dr. Batchelor has perfected the art to go along with his knowledge. In the past it was difficult to find a doc that knew how to adjust my spine. Dr. Batchelor lays it on the line and gets it right every time. Since I have been going to chiropractors my entire life, I know when I see a great doc and Dr. Batchelor is definately a man with a god given special gift.

I have been an athlete for most of my life so when I choose a doctor, I want him to also be an athlete. Dr. Dan is an endurance athlete with hundreds of first place finishes under his belt. I have seen him at dozens of races over the years but I never thought I would need his services until recently. I was running the 10 mile loop at Kennesaw mountain when I tripped gong downhill and injured my lower back. Pain began radiating down both of my legs. I thought I had broken something. Well, it was time to call Dr. Dan. He was able to get me out of pain in 2 days. After that he put me on an exercise program to rehab. my back so that it would not give me problems in the future. It worked and I continue to be pain free. Thanks to Dr. Dan I did not lose any of my fitness that it took me so long to gain. Instead of going to an overweight smoker, drinker doc like I did 3 years ago, why not seek out the services of a doctor that practices what he preaches. Dr. Dan is the best doc!!!

I have been to many chiropractors in my day since I have lived in many areas of the country. Dr. Batchelor is by far the best I have been to. I might have to move to Houston in 4 months from now. I dont think I can talk the doc into moving there but I will give it a shot. Thanks Dr Batchelor for being so caring and for helping me when I thought there was no help. You have a special gift.

I was treated by Dr. Batchelor a few weeks ago for injuries I suffered from as a result of crashing on my mountain bike and injuring my elbow and lower back. I love to mountain bike and even though it is dangerous, the benefits definitely outweigh the detriments. Among other things, biking allows me to burn calories so that I can eat as much as my boyfriend without getting fat. \r
My boyfriend trains and races bikes with Dr. Batchelor so when I crashed and got injured, it was a given that I seek care at Dr. Batchelor's office. He treats most of the local athletes and he has been in practice for something like 30 years so he definately knows his stuff. Besides that, he is a top ranked endurance athlete himself.\r
Dr. Batchelor x-rayed my painful elbow and found a small chipped bone near the joint. It was an injury that would not need a cast or surgery so I was happy about that. He put my arm in a splint and gave me a list of things to avoid for the next 8 weeks. It is healing up nicely. \r
The other injury i sufferred from during the crash involved my lower back. The pain was intense and when I coughed it felt like the joint at the bottom of my lower back was going to explode. He examined my lower back and found that the last vertebra in my lower back had misaligned and was pinching on a nerve. He treated me by using ultrasound to reduce the swelling in the injured area and then he adjusted the vertebra back into normal position. My severe pain vanished immediately. I was impressed because I was able to work out painfree the next day after treatment.\r
Dr. Batchelor is not like some stuffy doctor hiding behind a white jacket. Hes real, hes laid back and he actually cares. I am so lucky that my boyfriend has a friend that is so cool and one of the top doctors in Atlanta. \r
Dr. Batchelor is a PPO member with my insurance company so I did not have anything to pay which was really nice. If you need a great doctor, call mine.
