Kkb is where you need to be if you want hair that speaks! She is knowledgeable,and very experienced and they treat you like a family member! I wouldn't go anywhere else:-D

I went to Kutz Kurlz & Bangz and wasn't really sure what I was looking for or what I wanted. I just know I needed a change. With the help of the Salon manager, Gigi, I found Exactly what I was looking for. She had alot of patience with me and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go to her shop even if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. Excellent customer service is what I was handed at a reasonable rate!!!

That lady is the bomb kutz kurlz & bangz us awosome Gigi is fablous people need to stop hating because they have no life whatever you need she got u covered she is the best in Philly

If I could rate zero or negative stars I would. RUN from this horrible establishment! They have no customer service and treat their customers like trash! Gigi aka Bangz did the wrong process on my hair, after I specifically told her that I did not want certain chemicals in my hair. She had no knowledge about the product she put in my hair and refused to believe, or even look at, the evidence from the manufacturer's website, stating that the product contained the EXACT harsh chemicals I told her I did not want in my hair. She refused to listen to my concerns and turned the music up so that she didn't have to hear me. She and her boyfriend//owner then proceeded to yell at me and threaten to call the police for no reason. It is beyond me how they manage to stay in business. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!
