Beware! No show for early morning airport shuttle despite signed contract and confirmation by phone the afternoon before. Finally called and asked to speak with owner and was told he was probably too busy to give me a call back to discuss

i called several times prior to the party with requests, etc. and just making sure that everything was still scheduled. they were always very professional and everything was completely taken care of. lots of limo places get bad reviews, so i was nervous about it all going well-and it did.

we rented a stretch excursion limo for my son's 10th birthday. the poor driver was very patient and seemed quite undaunted by the complete chaos of 15 rowdy 10 year old boys in the limo. he was very cheerful and professional the whole time. the limo was very tricked out--laser lights, starry sky, loud music, lots of canned drinks, dvd, etc. the boys were over the moon about it. he arrived right on time, and we had no problems at all.

i called around a lot of places, and there were also the cheapest for a ""tricked out"" hummer/excursion type limo. i would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Several weeks ago, I purchased a Groupon for roundtrip transportation to and from the airport by Prime Limousine. I contacted Prime Limousine and scheduled the pickup for 5:45am on the morning we were scheduled to leave town and received a copy of the signed contract from them several days prior to needing their services. \r

On the morning of our scheduled departure, no one arrived to pick us up. I called the Company's 24/7 phone number but no one answered. At 6:05am, 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, my family and I had to drive ourselves to the airport in order to make our flight. \r

Approximately 36 hours after the missed pickup, I received an e-mail from the company saying that the driver had been in an accident the morning of our scheduled pickup. While I sympathize with the driver if this is true, the lack of communication left my family hanging. I responded to the e-mail, requesting a copy of the police report and a photograph of the accident to verify their story. To date, I have received no response to this request.\r

This Company did not deliver the agreed upon services and was not available to remedy the situation in a timely manner. While they have provided me with an explanation for the situation, they were not available when we needed them, and the lack of response to my request for proof of the accident leaves me questioning the validity of their explanation.\r
