The service is very professional and you can rely on them to come on time. I like yellow cab because the operators are polite and you can call them any time of day or night and you will get a helpful attitude and easy communication.

I am visiting CA and I don??t know the area so I asked my friend for a good taxi company. He told me that I can use yellow cab because they are very honest and I have nothing to fear. I called them a couple of times and the drivers were very knowledgeable and forward. Customer service never got a quote wrong and was always very polite. I liked the service and I recommend it.

I twisted my ankle, and use taxis to get around to work and shopping for 2 weeks now. I used yellow cab and they gave me a discount. I am very pleased with the service, very attentive to details, professional and cheap.

Girls night out was memorable and we owe a great big Thank You! to the customer service and the 5 nice taxi drivers we got to met. First of all customer service was very very very helpful and polite. The drivers were also very courteous and knowledgeable and the party atmosphere was maintained during the rides while we were moving from club to club? The fares were affordable and the service more that pleasing thank you Yellow cab we will call you again.

Yellow cab - I have used this taxi company on many occasions they are very reliable and efficient. I used their taxi service on a regular basis and have never been disappointed! You rarely find this kind of service in our part of town, highly recommended.

Just yesterday I took a cab from Newport blvd to the dock and it was a yellow cab. It was one of the most impressive services I ever received from a taxi company, it was really great the driver had a nice attitude and the price was more than good. The car was nice and clean and the person I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful therefore I would highly recommend this company.

There is a big difference between the normal taxis(some still drive around with no meter!) and the yellow cabs Found them to be very helpful, polite, efficient and great value for money. Will definitely use again for business travel.

I used Yellow Cab last time I was in Irvine. Our driver was very helpful with the cases, chatty and amicable. He was on time to pick us up, when we arrived back. Nothing was too much trouble and would have to say that I would use this service again. Thanks for making our journey both affordable and enjoyable.

As a recent newcomer to CA when I needed a taxi the first one I saw was yellow cab. So pleased it was! I have used them several times even during the hours when they are closed and I cannot fault them on politeness, clean cars and punctuality. They to me are the BEST.

The best yellow cab in the city, they are trustworthy and professional. Last weak I forgot a bag with some stuff and 200$ in the cab. I recovered my stuff and the money from the driver who asked the operator to call me, I didn??t even notice until I got the call from the taxi company. I was surprised they were so honest, you don??t see that these days, I paid for the ride and that was it.
