I had an excellent experience at the service department here. I bought a bike from a Craigslist ad without having an inspection done, I took the bike in for plugs and all the fluids, and asked them to inspect it and let me know what they felt should be done. I pointed out an oil leak that I have been unable to find the source of. They did everything I asked, tracked down the leak, and made a few minor adjustments. The price was fair, the bike was done on time, and the communications with them was good. The service manager knew this was my first bike, and took the time to explain some things about the bike that were really helpful. Great service and dealership place.
