1RepairStop have been one of the best tech i have ever dealt with. Had an xbox 360 Slim version with an error e82, after 2 hour i had my system back. very professional and clean. Highly recommendable.

i had high hopes for this store, but unfortunately is was as the saying goes, too good to be true... i took my ps3 to get fix they told the can fix in 1 week for $65 and that they would call me when its done and ready to get pick up. 1st they never call me i had to check up on them then when i go to pick it up, they hook it up to the TV to show me that it works but then it starts to freeze on the tech. so he tells me the its a software issue and that i needed to wait 30mins so that they can fix it, so i did. when they show it to me again it was a quick "look at the screen it works see and then power off"... so i was excited to have my PS3 back so i took them my Xbox360(it would freeze up and the fan made a loud sound) to get fix as well that same day and they said it will cost me $65 as well... when i got the chance to actually sit down and try to play the PS3 it starts to freeze again and showing a red screen. so i take it rite back to them and they tell me that is was a graphic card problem and that i will have to leave it for them to fix it and call me when its ready. so i did. 2 weeks later and still no call from them so i call them and they told me it was ready. so i when i get there the guy Carlos the tech guy tells me that there's nothing they can do for me. that it was a burnt kernel and that is was a dead system. so hang my head with disappointment. then i ask about my Xbox 360 which was still there supposedly getting fix. he had a surprise look on his face "like this sucker keeps coming back" so i give him the receipt and he comes out with it all in pieces and says that they fix it but now it needs a graphic card and that i would have to wait another week and that they will call me. so i ask about the money i had already paid for something they didn't fix. he said don't worry it will cover the cost of the repairs of the Xbox. week later i call them since they didn't and they tell me it was ready. i go to pick it up and Carlos tells me that they need to put in a fuse and the tech who was now working on it was not there that i had to come back another day to pick it up. so i go back home which i live 14miles away so again wasting gas and time cause of their unprofessionalism. so i go back 3 days later and the other tech guy who i have seen when Ive gone there that gives different prices for their service. tells me that the Xbox was dead too that he couldn't get it to work. so i have had enough i ask him what about my money he said he could only give me back $40 cause he had to paid his techs for the time that they work on it or that he could sell me a ps3 that didn't work completely for an extra $80... i didn't want to go off on the guy cause i had my kid waiting in the car for me so i took the $40 and left... lesson learn the hard way!!!
