Beeline has been a great property management company to rent from. Their "payday plan" program helps me to spread out my payments and have enough money left to pay my other bills. It isn't easy int his economy to live paycheck to paycheck, but Beeline does what they can to help out. I highly recommend them!

I've rented a home from them and I was impressed from start to finish. Their homes are in great condition and I can tell that they take care of business. The staff at Beeline are doing a great job for me.

I received a lot of great expert help and advice from this company. I was new to the area and it was nice to have that expert advice to guide me through the process. They were invaluable during the negotiations after the inspection turned up some red flags.

They have proved to be a very valuable service that I am very pleased to be using finally. Over the last few months things have been much easier for me and I will be using them for some real estate transactions in the near future. They are very knowledgeable and experienced!

I have lived in a beeline property and never had any reason to call them. My patio door was not sliding open or closed so I called them to see what they could do. They sent over a repair guy pretty fast, and he replaced the wheels and cleaned the track and now it works fine.

I am very pleased with the changes at the property I rent over the last few months. Since Beeline has taken over the management I have seen things start happening. The disposal works now and gardeners come once a week not once a month. great improvement!

As a tenant , I appreciate Beelines dedication to keeping my property in good condition and making sure repairs are made in a timely fashion. The owner of my home seems to be difficult to work with, but Beeline always gets my repairs approved in a reasonable time frame. I cant tell you how glad I am that I dont have to deal with the difficult homeowner directly. Thank you for being there for me, Beeline!

In a pretty sticky situation Beeline has worked hard to make sure that my tenant pays rent. My tenant lost his job and has been struggling financially. Beeline has worked hard to make sure he pays rent each month.They offer a program called the Eviction Protection Plan, which will really come in handy if we do get to the point of eviction with this tenant. Thanks Beeline for all of your work!

Good service and a good price for how much they do. I know my home is taken care of and they found me a tenant that pays on time every month. It took my home longer to rent than I wanted, but they told me my price was too high and I didn't listen. After I tried to rent it out for a while, I came down to the price they recommended and it rented within four days. They gave me the right advice from the beginning.
