I have had ADT home security for basic burglary prevention for about six months now. Installation was completed quickly, and my installer took the time teach me how to use the keypad. We haven??t had any issues with break-in attempts, but I definitely feel safer knowing that there??s a back-up plan in case someone does try to enter.

Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional.

Customers also find the company personnel and dealers pleasant to work with. Compared to other services where people complain about having to deal with aggressive sales reps who want to get them signed on quickly, customers have a much better experience with ADT.

Things have not changed since this company started many many years ago. They are still reliable, effective, cost efficient, workable, timely installation and response to repair requests. This is ADT Home Alarm.

I read a lot of reviews and considered ADT and another company. I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system.
