They are so helpful in here. They have a lot of sessions in one day so there will be a class for any kind of timetable there is. They are pretty supple in here.

I am glad that I am finally in my place of peace, it has been a long time that I have been searching for a perfect place to learn yoga, and I finally found it in here.

I generally never take the time to write a review however, I thought this place was worth it. I attended one class and was really impressed. The Studio is intimate so you get great attention to perfect the techniques. I decided to purchase a Yoga package...which is a great deal. I am a regular now and try to attend as many classes as I can. The Instructors are awesome...very energetic and knowledgeable. Two of my friends have also joined...so we are having fun and staying fit together. This is a great find that I recommend!

It was xsport fitness that intorduced me into yoga in the first place, from a Tuesday afternoon Vinyasa Flow class with Debra, to three days a week at In Motion Yoga, and I'm loving every second of it, downward facing dog poses and all.

I love the instructors. I love how said instructors make sure everyone is on the same page, and assist you to nail the perfect pose. The place is beautiful, easy to find and offered free onsite parking.

I love the instructors. I love how said instructors make sure everyone is on the same page, and assist you to nail the perfect pose. The place is beautiful, easy to find and offered free onsite parking.

This is a great place to check out, especially if you are an athlete. I swam and played volleyball competitively for many years. As a result, I had a shoulder injury from overworking the shoulder. I started taking yoga sessions with Joe and Amanda and I found that the pain in my shoulder is gone (for the first time in years). As it turns out, I am now using yoga for cross-training purposes. The heated vinyasa sessions are a great workout for me, without the worry of injury that could come from high impact workouts.
