Downtown Air Duct Cleaning

Me and my wife used Downtown Air Duct Cleaning the other week and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had from any company. The gentleman that came out was informative and very eager to make sure we were left satisfied with the overall job performed! Will definitely be referring these guys to my friends and family!!!

I had a mouse die in my ducts recently so I called Downtown Air Duct Cleaning and they were willing to come right out to help me. They got the mouse out and cleaned all my ducts while they were there and they were even able to do a deodorize and sanitize to rid the odor and any bacteria. Everything looks and smells great now so this is one happy customer!

For a couple months I could smell a very unpleasant pungent smell throughout my house. I tried disinfecting everything in my house, dusting everything, spraying various air fresheners with no relief. My brother actually suggested it was because of my air filters so decided to give a air duct company a call. I liked the looks of downtown carpet cleaning's page online and when I called the friendliness of the office drew me in. They came out immediately and cleaned through my entire duct work. Turned out I had alot of bacteria build up especially in my livingroom which was causing the smell. The workers cleaned out my duct work and used a deodarizer to take care of the smell. Thanks to them all is well now! One super satisfied customer right here!!!

First of all id like to say the techs working for Downtown Air Duct cleaning were the nicest men ive encountered in awhile when it comes to customer service. They came out and cleaned my air ducts no problem explaining everything as they went along. Gave me tips on how to maintenance the upkeep on the ducts. I really appreciate the effort the expensed for me, huge thank you guys!!!

Every morning I would wake up sneezing and end up waking everybody in the house up, so we called Downtown Air Duct Cleaning and had them clean out the air ducts in the house. After they left, the air immediately felt cleaner. Jacob, our technician, showed me what was inside my air ducts....I couldn't believe it!!! So glad they got them all cleaned out!
