Booked a car months in advance to go to Newark with an already-paid-for Groupon. Confirmed with them three times the date and time for pick up. Car never came the morning of our flight. Received no call back after I repeatedly called to ask where our pick up is. Good thing I had the sense to just take our car and drive to the airport. Almost missed our flight. I wish I didn't have to give them a star for the disrespect I received as a customer.

I used this service on May 3rd for transport to EWR airport. I read the reviews and was not sure what to expect. I have to say the services were exceptional and at a great price! First, the reservation process was very smooth and I received my details via email which was great! We reserved a sedan and with our luck the driver came in a luxury Mercedes! I guess it was our lucky day. They were prompt, professional, and was very helpful with assisting my mum into and out of the car. I would definitely recommend Triple Diamond Limo and look forward to using them for all future transport needs. I have dealt with many companies before and this one seems to deliver for very reasonable rates. I have already booked my next travel with them and have recommended to friends in my office who have used and loved them as well. Highly recommend.

We had a really positive experience with them, which I can't say the same out our limo service in Vegas... Anyway, I digress.

We too, had the Groupon. The picked us up on time I think it was about 3:30 am, and when I had to extend our trip a day, I called Triple Diamond and they were accommodating.

Consequently, they picked us up on the newly corrected date at the right time (1:30 am at Newark airport), and dropped us off. It was a pretty seamless transaction, and have to say I was really happy with the service they provided us.

P.S. For the person complaining about them not being honest about the 3 passenger maximum, that is simply not true. It did state it in the Groupon voucher...very clearly (I'm copying it below directly from mine).

I don't mind people reviewing a company negatively, but at least conduct your due diligence and read the fine print before you provide a company with a negative review.

If I could have given zero stars I would have! I recently purchased a Groupon certificate for a fare to Newark airport for an upcoming international flight. I made the telephone reservations over the phone about three weeks before I needed their services and the pickup time and date were confirmed when their company called me the day before. On the day of the trip I was scheduled to be picked up at my house at 3:30pm. At 3:30 no car, no call! I let it slide until 3:40 at which point I called them to see where my car was. I was told "we are sorry but your driver had a minor car accident but will be there in about 20 min". Remember they never called to give me this update! 20 minutes pass- still no car and I'm getting very nervous. I call back and the dispatcher acts surprised. She said she would contact the driver to find out where he was. At this point I was no longer relying on this terrible company to get me to the airport on time so I called a friend for a ride and decided I would travel with whoever got to me first. Another 10 minutes pass and the driver calls me to apologize. He is still 10 minutes away and I asked if he had been in a car accident. He told me no and the reason he was late was the dispatcher had told him my pick up was for 4:30!!! I completely lost it at this point. I hung up with him and called back the main number. I told them I found out their lie and couldn't believe this service. When I asked for a manager I was told he wasn't in but because the dispatcher could sympathize with me she offered to not charge me for this ride and give me another ride for free. I told them this was time sensitive and no matter how sweet they made the deal I wouldn't use their services ever again!! In the end my friend still arrived before the car service and I thankfully made my flight.

BOTTOM LINE: I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH NEGATIVE TO TRY TO MAKE IT CLEAR HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS!! THEY LIE AND ARE DECEPTIVE. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE, SPEND A FEW EXTRA BUCKS AND USE A RELIABLE CAR SERVICE TO GET YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO GO!

This company is a the worst! be ware!

to order a limo, they suddenly said that the ride only is limit to only three
passengers and if I want to upgrade to four passengers need to pay $60
more. What the heck! Why do they feel like they can charge more than
they posted in the groupon? So annoying. Now it's more expensive than
a ride with other companies without the groupon.
Never going to use this company with or without the coupons
