All I can say is that they are completely fantastic. I was completely stressed before moving, and we had so much stuff to move. They helped me with everything From A-Z just like I hoped they would-everything about this company was great! I spoke with the greatest sales rep Chris and she was so honest and so helpful, she walked me through the whole entire process. The movers were focused, fast and helpful. They were really careful with everything.

Best Movers Ever! I just completed my second move with Guardian Moving and they are a pleasure to work with. Everyone I interacted with was polite, efficient and great to work with. The cost was really reasonable and nothing was broken or lost, which is always a treat! I have recommended Guardian to anyone I know who is moving and will use them again in the future. They make moving as pleasant as possible.

Highly professional movers. Moving was so very stressful and full of excitement what was happening to your moves and to your new relocation places. But Guardian helps me,and accommodated to make my moves stress free. Crew members are liable with your personal moves they secured that got even no damaged or scratched. They are highly licensed and professional movers!

One of the most pleasant and courteous experiences that you can have with a mover. I used them 3 years ago to move my stuff from San Francisco to San Diego. The movers were great and extremely professional which is quite unusual for a moving company. Now, I find myself moving back to San Francisco and Guardian was the first place I looked. They walked through my stuff room by room and provided a guaranteed and very competitive quote. So far its been the great experience I remembered and I definitely feel like my stuff is in good hands. I am planning to follow-up with a post-move report so stay tuned.

We were referred to Chris Brown by a family friend who had previously set up their move with Guardian Moving and Storage and let me tell you, we had a great move. We called the office and spoke with Chris who provided us with excellent customer service and a very fair price quote for our move. Over the course of 10 days, we spoke with Chris several times to review the quote, added some additional services, and we added packing services and a few other things. He was patient with my wife and her many emails, phone calls and questions. We settled on a pack and loading date and exact delivery date. On the day of pick up, Oded and his crew were so polite and professional, they wore red Guardian Moving and Storage shirts (so definitely they were not brokers, we knew that we were dealing with a real company) and walked us through the paperwork process and packed, wrapped, shrink-wrapped everything in the house. The pick-up could not have gone any smoother or more efficiently. On the agreed delivery day we got Oren and his crew and the procedure again was easy. The price was right, their services were well worth it and we would use this company if we need moving services again in the future.

I moved from New York last week. This is the first time I've had to use a moving company and I was really pleased with the service. Guardian Movers were excellent from the moment I first made an enquiry to delivering my stuff into my new home. They arrived promptly on the morning of the move, loaded the truck and drove straight to my new home. Outstanding moving company! We moved last weekend from Portland to Hawaii. We had two pick up locations. The pick-up was amazingly efficient and very well orchestrated by the foreman Igor. All the guys were thoughtful, considerate and none of our requests created any complaints. Chris, who had been very accommodating with several changes in our plan, had created a not-to-exceed estimate and they were well below it. I recommend this company highly if you want to have hassle free experience and excellent service. Thanks Guardian Moving. You guys rock!!!

I picked Guardian Hawaii after a very extensive search. I submitted my information online and got calls from many different companies (be prepared to get bombarded if you submit your info online). I spoke to different companies and chose to go with Guardian after speaking to Chris Brown who walking me through the process of getting a quote. At the end of the day I am happy with my choice. The move was smooth.

If you are looking to have a very affordable and reliable move then just go for Guardian. I used them twice and from my experience I can say that they are very reliable and affordable movers.

Very happy with this company and with the way our move went.

The crew who came to my home were very polite and quick and professional. The guys who unloaded my goods were also very polite and quick. I packed myself, there were a lot of boxes, only one crystal bowl was broken. Nothing was missing, or damaged.

The best move we ever have had has just completed.
Actually we are still in shock with the servicwe we have received form Guardian Moving Systems.
We had movers hired to take our belongings from Los Angeles California to Atlanta Georgia.
I had accepted a job offer that required us to move our household.
My husband had scheduled a moving company that when they arrived proceeded to change the price agreed upon.
What we did not expect and accept was cost nearly being doubled from the original quote.
We sent these movers packing!!
Our house that we were moving from needed to be moved out of for the new tenants we had leased it to.
I immediatley called them and after I informed them what had happened they recomended Guardian Moving Systems.
They had used them a couple of times in the past to move locally and Guardian was moving them again this time.
I called immediatley as panic set in we needed our things out fast.
Explaining the situation to Tom in sales he asked that I hold the phone line to check availability or how soon they could get our things.
The timing could not have been more perfect.
Another Guardian customer had changed their pickup date at the last minute and Tom told me a team of movers was waiting om standby.
This was 9 a.m. and by 1 phone call to Guardian I was assured a moving crew would arrive 12-1:00 that very same day.
I was nervous still from being worked over by the company we sent away and Tom provided me a guaranteed not to exceed move rate.
My dithers were still raised and Tom put me at ease that things would be better with Guardian.
Bill the driver and Pete pulled up in front of our house at 2 p.m. I was called twice by by the dispatch personell for an update status as they were "stuck in L.A. traffic".
Only two mover guys to move all our things?
The panic returned and at about the same time another truck pulled up with 3 movers in it.
The 2nd truck had finished a small move we were told and on their way back to the warehouse they were diverted to our place.
Bill and the guys wakled through the house and confirmed our list of things that I gave to Tom on the phone and to my relief they did not increase the cost. WHEW!
The fact that within 5 hours we had gone from a very stressful morning to relief was a breath of fresh air and beyond comprehension.
Bill and Pete put stickers on all our furniture and boxes as Mike Eric and George wrapped blankets around all the furniture.
Bill told us that when the guys had completed prepping the furniture and he and Pete were done inventorying all 5 would load the trucks.
What the plan was is that the two trucks would be loaded at the same time and our things would be transferred onto the 18 wheeler at the warehouse.
What??!!!...I did not want our belongings moved around and mixed up in a warehouse.
Bill explained to me the reason for the stickers was to ensure all of our things would be transferred no problem.
Pete and Bill were completing an inventory of all the furniture and boxes as they put the stickers on them.
We were assured that when it came time to move our stuff onto the 18 wheeler semi truck a check list would complete.
Different colored stickers and lot numbers are used to seperate our shipment from other peoples things.
Then things happened fast when it came time to start moving.
The furniture was carried out with two mover men at the same time.
Two furniture pieces at the same time that the 5th mover was wheeling boxes stacked onto the hand dollie.
The communication and the commeraderie these movers had was to be amazed they laughed and joked with each other as they did hard labor.
Our 3 bedroom house all appliances garage crap were on the trucks by 6 p.m.
To my liking Bill made a phone call to his supervisor and we were invited to be at the warehouse 9am the following morning to see our belongings loaded onto the 18 wheeler.
Guardian you have put an end to a stressful day and stress full move experience that returned calm to my husband and I within a matter of 10 hours.
I will continue to write after our visit to the warehouse.

Guardian Cargo Logistics (aka Guardian Moving & Storage, aka Guardian Moving Systems) is running a shady operation, and after finding numerous complaints by others online, I know that I am not alone in this conclusion. Company reps told me/Web site implies that they have offices all over Hawaii (not true; out of LA). I had requested a quote for shipping a piano from Oregon to Hawaii. Based on the quote and conversations I had with Brett Stone, a customer representative via email/phone, I hired Guardian Moving & Storage. I did not sign a contract because Brett Stone told me that my emails and $100 credit card deposit secured the deal. Brett Stone told me via email that $1799 covered full service door-to-door padding and wrapping included. Brett Stone assured me via phone that there would be no surprise last-minute fees. However, at pick up, $250 was added. When I called customer service and was connected to the Dispatch department, I was told by a woman named Crystal that special crating had to be done since it was a piano (not true; the piano was only wrapped with padding/cardboard/plastic wrap). I went back/forth with the company trying to get this removed since I was assured from the beginning that $1799 included everything for shipping the piano. One call included Crystal telling me that Brett Stone claimed he sent me a coupon (not true). The last conversation ended by being told very condescendingly by LJ Brown, another sales representative, that I should stop calling because this is a ??he said/she said.? LJ Brown told me to forward him the email I received showing the $1799 all inclusive price and he or his supervisor would get back to me. I never received a call.
