As a California Broker new to Nevada and not familiar with Nevada's real estate laws, etc. I was searching for a Realtor who was professional, experienced, ethical and very aware of Las Vegas' real estate market. I ran across an agent who suit the mold flawlessly from The Snyder Group. They did a magnificent job of helping me throughout my real estate sale. Whatever the difficulties involved in the purchase of my home they guided me through them with experience and personal care and I highly recommend Dale's team to anyone thinking about purchasing a home in the Las Vegas area.

Dale Snyder earned my business through hard work, honesty, sincerity and patience. He followed up with me for a period of several months where my wife and I narrowed down what we were looking for. He presented us with properties and enough information to continually refine our searching. When we found what we wanted he helped us get our house on the market quickly. With his finger on the pulse of the market in Summerlin, we were able to price our listing appropriately and sell our house within two weeks of listing. I will continue to work with Dale on my real estate needs into the future.

From the beginning, Dale Snyder took the lead in our home selling process, outlining a plan to get our home sold quickly in a tough market. He helped us prepare the home for sale, arranged professional photos and did a comprehensive market analysis to help us decide on an asking price. He marketed the home multiple ways and aggressively followed up on every lead. He was always available before, during, and after the sale to answer any questions and solve any problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale to anyone either buying or selling.

Shannette Rivas the Office Manager was always forthcoming and extremely helpful during the transaction. Anytime I needed a quick reply she was right there. She was never combative as some other agents can be. She was a pleasant surprise
