Xtra Clean of Thousand Oaks

These people rock! I called the same day as my dead beat tenant left the apartment. My carpet looked good as new and they were about $30- $75 cheaper than the few other people I had called.

They did our wool carpets, and hallway runners with precision and with the utmost care to surrounding furniture, floors and fragile objects. The outcome was superb at an excellent price. I will now have my carpets cleaned once a year from my experience with them. Job well done.

Great service and price! they deoderized, vacuumed and cleaned the carpet in one bedroom as well as the hallway and foyer.. Their servicemen are extremely friendly and personable.. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company and will definitely be referring their services to my friends

Loved the service! Called in for a quote, and the owner called me back - really detailed in terms of getting to know what I want (type of machine, size of sofa, etc.) for a very reasonable price.

The folks at Xtra clean of thousand oaks are wonderful. They do wonderful work, I fall in love with my rugs all over again once they've been cleaned by Xtra clean of thousand oaks. I've taken in 25 year old rug that I inherited that was probably cleaned for the first time; classic Wool rug that had only been commercially cleaned in place. Both are beautiful re-additions to my home. In addition to superb workmanship, they are the nicest people; always considerate, always a fair price, always a pleasant experience. I will never take my rugs elsewhere.

These guys were amazing and super professional. Our carpets were a complete disaster from our 3 dogs and all the events we throw at our house. We had big stains from pets, wine and dirt. They came in and in two hours did a spectacular job. FYI Our house is 3 stories with about 40 stairs. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I had misunderstanding with another carpet cleaner he even left my house with no reason and let me with a half carpet wet and with chemicals so I called this guys and they came in a few hours. The best part was that they did a terrific job on my carpets. Thank you very much

Really good company with the best costumer service ever. They get to my house and before they enter they wear cover shoes that was a extra point for them and the carpet it looks better than ever.

I am soooo happy with that this company did. I had so many pet stains that I really thought they would never disappear. The technicians worked so hard and were so helpful. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family members. Excellent job guys!

None other company removed a stain of chlorine they came and they fixed at no extra charge, also added a free carpet protector in my living room. They are second to none!

With all the different companies out there that provided bad services is hard to believe in people again but this guys are just wonderful, honest, knowledgeable, courteous plus the way they cleaned my carpets is just second to none.

I did not have to much luck in the past with a carpet cleaning company in thousand oaks they always did a crappy job in my carpets charging me for every single stain. So I decided to call this guys and from the moment I called I knew they were different in other words they are simple the best.

I hope someone read my reviews about this company they did and amazing job in my mother's home she was sick and she got an accident before to get to the bathroom i we were no have enough money to pay the fees so the owner came himself and charge just 30 dollars do to all the bedroom this is the most touching gesture that a business make to me. Thank you!

My precious sisal rug spent years of abuse from muddy boots, spilled food and drink, and a shedding cat. After a glass of wine spilled all over it, I decided it was finally time to clean it. Xtra clean of thousand oaks was the first entry I found on google when I looked up sisal rug cleaning, and they were fantastic. The prices are competitive, the people are friendly, and my rug (which I got back today) has never looked better! I can't recommend them enough!

The two guys who came out to clean our carpets couldn't have been nicer -- and they worked really hard to make us happy! We have cats, and they shed, and it's impossible to keep up with the cleaning. So by the time xtra clean of thousand oaks was called, we were living in a virtual fur den. It looked like a cat had exploded in our living room. The guys did their usual vacuum and steam-cleaning, but that just brought everything to the surface like a thin blanket. Since they couldn't do anything while it was wet, they came back the next day to thoroughly re-vacuum everything, and they did a wonderful job. The carpets looked great (until the cats attacked it again!)so we're going with from now on. Just more frequently!

Not only were super friendly and kind, but they were punctual, fast and extremely professional. They game me advice for spot cleaning in the future and were extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely use them every 6 months and recommend them to everyone!

I had been using the same company for the last 5 years or so. We were never 100% satisfied with their work but their prices were affordable. One day we decide to look for another company so we went online and searched for carpet cleaners in our area; we found a couple companies with decent reviews. We made a few calls asking all the questions we had but there was only one company that answered all of our questions without pushing us to hire their service. We decided to hire this company even though their prices were a little bit higher than the others. The end result were thrilling. We will from now on use this company for carpet cleaning.
