Our experiene with Windmill Animal Hospital has been like a whole other level of veternary and boarding service! From their "pre-boarding" visit (which, because we were in a last minute travel situation - they were flexible, explaining the goal of the "pre-boarding" visit is to ensure our family, including our dog, was happy and comfortable - but that they would work with us however we needed to accomodate our unexpected travel), to the clean & modern facilities, to the time & care given when explaining the latest options in medicine for our dog - all was top notch....and frankly, a level of care that is what I hope will become a new standard....we are so pleased!

I can't say enough about this vet office. We were not clients, but they were willing to see our extemely sick dog as soon as possible. We arrived at the office totally expecting to not be taking our dog home w/ us. The staff we dealt w/ helped calm us down, explained everything in great detail & treated us like old friends. I can honestly say, I've never had a better vet experience. The office is clean & doesn't have the typical vet office smell. It was clear to me the staff is not there just doing a job, they truly care about animals & want to do anything & everything they can to provide a good experience for you & your pet. We are fortunate our 7 pets don't need vet attention very often, but I guarantee when they do, they will be going to Windmill from now on.
