If I could give him 0 stars I would!! He was suppose to help with an immigration case and post bail with ICE. After waiting over 3 weeks for any information regarding the bail posting, he stated he did post the bail but the detainee would not be released until he saw an immigration judge. After we spoke with the detainee, he stated he had spoken with the immigration judge TWICE and that told that NO bail had ever been posted. After physically going to the DHS headquarters in Fairfax,VA, officers confirmed that not only had bail never been posted, but Luis Ramirez had given us a FAKE case and detainee number!! It had been lies after lies. We confronted him and asked for a full refund. He was rude at first, asking us to leave his office. When we explained that we were not trying to cause trouble, just trying to get a refund, he acted nervous. It's been months and no refund or explanation for his misleading practices. The Better Business Bureau of Va has been contacted. He scammed us of $3700!!
Ramirez is my family's immigration paralegal. We have been going to him to get our family petition. Luis always does a thorough job with our immigration. For legal services work that he can't do he'll refer you to other excellent legal specialists in Washington, DC Metro.
