I had a good experience at Brooks Biddle Suzuki in Bothell. Didn't walk out with a car, but test drove 3 and got financing quotes on 2. They are true to their slogan of ""no pressure sales"". Had a good selection of used cars and new cars at affordable prices. Worked with Madeson and Mike. They even gave my kids balloons.

I was a jeep grand cherokee fan because I thought the traction control was great...NO LONGER! Out of all the SUV's I have had, my grand ultima is by far the best for winter drivetime. Add in awesome power and tow capacity and you have the best SUV for the price.

It was nice to go into a place where they don't have 10 salesman waiting to pounce on you. This place wasn't too big but they did have a service department. I bought a used Jetta wagon here and so far like what I bought and what I paid for it.

Very disappointing experience. I recently bought a car here and I do NOT recommend this dealership. The salesperson told me that the car was in great shape, and that it has been previously owned by another salesperson there who had done all the scheduled maintenance and oil changes etc. A few days after I bought it I noticed that they hadn't even done an oil change, all the fluids were low, and a light was out. (To be fair, when I called to let them know, they reimbursed me for the oil change, but it was frustrating to have to do that a week after buying a car.) \n\nAnd that was just the beginning. I also found out that it needed new brake pads, and that the maintenance recommendations show the timing belt should have been replaced 7k miles ago. I called to see if the previous owner had done this scheduled maintenance, and it turns out he had not - contrary to what the salesperson had told me. \n\nI am especially frustrated because he gave me a much lower value for the car I traded in because he said that the timing belt would need to be replaced in 5k miles according to the maintenance recommendations. Essentially he decreased the value for the car I traded in because it would need a new timing belt in the future, while he was selling me a car that needed one 7k miles ago without telling me. \n\nI thought I was getting a fair deal on this car, but having to spend an extra $1,400 within the first two weeks of owning it has changed my mind. If you are thinking of buying a car here, don't expect them to honestly disclose the condition, take it to get checked out by a mechanic first. I really wish I had. \n\nAs a side note, no one there seems to be particularly friendly or customer service oriented, but I could overlook that if I didn't feel that I was lied to and misled. I won't be giving them my business in the future.

I completely trust the techs at Biddle! I have taken my car there several times for scheduled maintenance but last week it was for something else. My Impala died on the freeway so I had to have it towed. I called Biddle and they helped me with all the arrangements with Rainbow Towing. I didn't have an appt but they were able to work it in fairly quickly cause that's the only car I have so I had to miss work. They found what had gone wrong and it was going to cost $1200 to replace. After a long conversation with Dave in Service and the tech working on it, I think his name was Brandon, they figured out a way to fix the problem instead of having to replace the part. The next day their shuttle came and picked me up, the bill was only $178 and my car is running perfectly! I would not take my car anywhere else! Biddle is honest and helpful.

My husband and I took a test-drive with the car on the next Saturday morning and Norm was exactly the kind of salesman we like to deal with: informative, but not intrusive, and very fair. We did the normal haggling back and forth for a short time, and I believe we both came out with fair prices (for the car purchased and the trade-in) in the end. I've experienced car-buying many times and this time my experience was ""BY FAR"" the most pleasant and simple. I told David what I wanted, he showed me cars and explained everthing I asked. Took my Tahoe in for grinding brakes and was told by one place nearly 1000 after tax to get both front and rear done. Biddle came in at 500 and they work great now with no grindy odd noise! Thank you

Couldn't beleive the deal they had going. Just bought my truck that cheap from them ( less than trade in value with tax and lic incl) and it is good condition with a clean history report! Just havn't seen a dealer selling cars that cheap so figured I'd put it on here!

Went in to look at a Mustang they just got in that still had a couple issues to be taken care of. My dad is pretty hard to deal with but I sent him over to Brooks Biddle cause I have worked with them before and all the guys over there are nice. He bought a Silverado and totally picked it apart but the guys there hung in and delt with his attuide. After the transaction he told the F and I guy thank you for putting up with him. So I just wanted to say thanks to Brooks Biddle Automotive for putting up with my father hahaha

He bought a Silverado and totally picked it apart but the guys there hung in and delt with his attuide. After the transaction he told the F and I guy thank you for putting up with him. I wanted to put a deposit for a car to show that I am interested.\r\nThey told me deposit will not work,? We want payment if full it you want to buy this car.? I wrote a check for almost $8700. The salesman left a voice mail for me on Monday telling me it was a minor issue and they took care of it. I was excited to pick it up. When I showed up, I wanted to speak with the mechanic who worked on the car and found the ""minor issue"", he wasn't there. So I got to talk with David, who told me that it was an air valve issue, and it the light comes back I have to pay about $500 to repair it. I wasn't going to purchase this car at this point and requested my $8700 check back. They could not find a check; I waited for an hour... the check still wasn't found. They told me ?I can just call the bank to cancel my check and they weren?t going to pay cancellation fee for it.?\r\nThey were unfriendly, awfully impolite... I have been resident in Bothell for twenty years and wanted to do business locally before I go else where... What a disappointment.\r\nDO NOT GO TO BROOKS BIDDLE CHEVROLET... take your business somewhere else, they do not deserve your business!!!\r\n

Had a pleasant experience over at Biddle when purchasing my Lexus from them. Got a deal thousands below the book value and had a nice sales man to dela with that wasn't too pushy. I'd reccomend them doesn't seem like many dealers are easy liek this one

So I called up to this place after shopping a little closer to my place and verified the truck was still there before I drove up. They checked on it and called me back shortly. Getting there the vehicle was clean and in good shape. I was kinda suprised by that as the ad price was about 2k less than I had NEGOTIATED the more local dealer down to. The trade value was within 300(actually a little less) but the difference between my trade and the new truck was still more than 1500 better. It was nice not having to bicker so much to get a good deal, a dealer that does it right!

I have been taking my vehicles for years to there service dept. Dave and Chris are good guys. They have been working with me and my whole family for a long time. I like it because its a family own dealer and has very nice people that work there.

Good service departmen. Ive been taking my car there for maintance for a long time. They are all good guys there. I have never had any issues or problems with the biddle guys. Just wanted to pass on a good review to a service dept that does good work.

Went down to look at a couple trucks I liked on autotrader at their lot and was suprised that the vehicles checked out so well for being 3-4k less than some similar trucks that were on autotrader as well. Financed through them and got a good rate and a payment $20 less than what I hoped, I couldn't say no. I am now the happy owner of an 06 Silverado and will probabaly give the service side a try when I need work done. I chatted with the service guys before leaving and they were impressed with them as well. Nice to find a good car dealer!

These people are cons they buy cars at auctions that have damage so they can sell them so cheap. I just spent 16,000 on a car with a bent frame for them to tell me that they did not know about it. I pulled a report not a (Carfax because I found out those are worthless). The one owner car they sold me had gone through 15 or so auctions and at the auctions was announced it had a bent frame. I will be seeking legal advice.

To sum up: Good prices but dishonest and willing to deceive customers.\n\n""Two weeks ago I came in to test drive and inspect a 2003 Ford Ranger with Mike X, and I decided I liked it; the truck seemed mechanically sound with no major dents, scrapes, scratches, and so forth. At the time he and I weren't able to make a deal to trade my car, which had a scratch, but I knew I wanted the truck. I eventually sold my car and on 1/24/11, I bought the truck. I didn't consider inspecting the truck again (a big mistake) since I had already driven and seen the truck, and also considering on your self-promoting reputation of integrity as a family owned dealership. Mike had the drivers side door open and waiting for me on the lot after finances and I drove the truck away. At a gas station down the road I saw the driver side door, whose condition was dramatically different than when I first saw the truck weeks ago.\n\nPlease see the attached pictures and compare them to yours on the website (of which I made copies). Inches to the left of the driver's side door handle was a patch of deep scratches, approximately 1 in. by 2 in., apparently from a key, scratched completely through the blue paint down to the metal of the truck body. I have bought all my vehicles from biddle and plan to keep going back. I moved to california last year and still bought my last vehicle from them. All the paper work was sent by fedex and all I had to do is pick it up. Easy process and would recommend them to everyone!

They did not disclose that there was an out of state processing fee until my credit was already ran and I refused to wire them money to ""hold"" the car for two business days. This is blatant scenario of high pressure sales and dishonest, unfair credit lending practices.
