I had a repair done on my Samsung TV recently, and the turn around time was within 2 days and the service was excellent. Now I have a Samsung TV that works really well after their service, and I really appreciate about their express service. This is the best repair shop in this torrance area; great service, friendly environment, and excellent skill of repairing the unit.

I had a good experiance repairing my unit wth these guys. I had old sub-woofer repair and works as same condition as before. I got my bits back for my music.

My 6 CD changer in my car quite working. I took it to a repair shop who told me that a tooth on a gear had broken off and that he could not fix it. He charged me nothing to look at it and found the broken tooth in less than a minute while I was standing there and said that it was a very common problem. I took the unit to European Hi Tech and was told they had to have $45 to look at the unit, but that $45 would be credited to the repair. I told him that the problem was the broken tooth and asked him could he fix it because I did not want to pay $45 and be told he can't fix it. He said he could. A week later he called and said it was a broken gear tooth and that it would cost $350 to repair. I said okay to do it. After not hearing from him for 3 weeks, I called him and was told he could not fix it. When I went to pick up my unit, he refused to refund my $45. Found two other places that will fix my unit for $250 total. Shop around- there are a lot better places.

They told me it would be delivered at 10 a.m. When the TV didn't arrive by 11, I called and asked where it was. They told me I never authorized repairs so it wasn't done. When I asked why they told me it would be delivered at 10 if it hadn't been repaired, they then said they had fixed it and they would bring it to me if I paid them. They brought the TV and I cut them a check. Twenty minutes after they left, the exact same problem happened. Basically, they didn't fix anything but they took my money. Thank god for ""stop payments"" on checks.

Be advised these guys are not a good choice! I know Pioneer says they can do the repairs but at what cost? They are not a good choice if you want to be treated well. Not to mention they want you to pay them to tell you if they could even do the work. I wish I could get paid even if I could not do the job.

I was referred to them by Pioneer as a trusted and reputable authorized service center. However, my experience working with them over the past few weeks have been less than ""professional"". I paid them $45.00 to diagnose the plasma tv in question. Justin and his team then called a few days later and told me that it would cost a total of $550.00 to replace the broken power supply board on the tv and that they had already made the ""repairs"" without my authorization. I was disgusted with their shady business practices and would like to warn any other unsuspecting customer who values their own hard owned money in this tough economy.
