I recently moved so decided to try this office for a yearly exam. The doctor was friendly but I was put off by her not checking me for glaucoma. Then, then office broke my glasses and refused to replace them because I got them from a different office. The staff was VERY rude and unaccommodating- or even sympathetic. The demon lady running the office had a smirk on her face while spouting corporate ""policies"" at me then eschewed me out the door. I called their service representative at corporate and she *yelled* the corporate policy at me when I disagreed with her. They opened a 'service case' but I've not heard back in weeks. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In summary: rude and inexperienced staff backed by a corporation that doesn't care. Avoid like the plague and support our local doctor-run offices.
