Fitness trainer Lisa Yee-Bernstein has recently opened up Lisafit, a personal training center for all different fitness levels. Using her passion for exercise coupled with her experience in holistic health, Lisa is making personal training exactly what it should be: training developed specifically for each individual client.

??I really focus on my clients and learn about their bodies as much as possible so I know how to help them reach their fitness goals,? says Lisa. ??It??s important to know how the body works before you work on it. Everybody??s different, and so every training should be catered to that individual.?

Lisa first begins her client??s sessions by starting with the basics. She watches the way in which their body moves throughout each exercise. She takes notes on how the client is feeling that day, whether or not they have pain or previous injuries. Lisa even keeps a database on each of her clients in order to better serve them.

It??s not unusual for Lisa to also keep in close contact with her clients. In order to motivate them and keep them on the right course, she??ll often text message or email them. It??s these small details that have helped her keep her clients enthusiastic about their training session and ultimately reach their goals.
