I gave them 48 hours to apologize to me before I decided to air out my story. Since I haven't heard from anyone here goes..It took 2 weeks before I decided to do business with this company. I wish I would have went with my gut feeling to go with another dealership. Now please understand that my issues coincide with 2 specific employees which in turn have spoiled my view of the entire dealership. First, I was randomly sent paperwork that included a vehicle that I did not purchase I called the Nashville location because there person who signed the note asking for me to fill out the info never left a last name or a number to reach them. I left a message to have someone from the location I purchased the car to call me back. Once I got in touch with this person about the paperwork I was told to "just sign it". I then receive a message from my spouse saying that the dealer called because he thought he had been thrown under the bus. A week later I then I get a sporadic phone call from my dealer who told me to drop everything I was doing to drive an hour out of my way to sign paperwork that I mailed the week prior using words such as "repossession" as a scare tacticwhich I found tacky especially considering my credit is good and I've never had anything of the sorts to happen. When I didn't jump to his demands the dealer decided to call my spouse and use the same terms with the hopes that he would have some influence over my decision not to just.long story short, I handled everything with my end of paperwork and confirmed it with the financial institution that holds my loan. The banker informed me that the call that I had was due to their error on my title work docs which I was told by the banker I should've had to sign before I drove my car off the lot. I never received an apology or an acknowledgment of error. I will never refer anyone to do business with them nor will I ever do business with them. Part of sales is customer service because a business thrives off of retention and referrals. Corporate will hear from me.

CT. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about this situation. We pride ourselves in give each customer an outstanding purchase experience, so when we read your review, I was very disappointed that your experience was so poor. It looks like this situation was caused by an employee who since is no longer working with EuroFix. We are very sorry for the frustration this caused you and your wife. Based on the initials on your review I'm not sure who you are, but If you haven't contacted our corporate office yet, then please contact us so we can discuss this situation further with you. Please email me at thays@eurofixonline.com.

First off took my bmw to have it looked at while i was out of town and have an oil change done. Two days later i get a call that a Check valve was bad and would be cost $450 part is only $120. Then the next day i get a call that the air pump was bad and would be 925 but they woul do it for 800. I declined. Then two days later i am told my car has a masive oil leak a 7 out of 10 and my break lines are about to bust. Repairs would be 2500. I agian decline. Get the car back , look at the big oil leak that was nothing major i would rate a 3 out of 10. Break lines look fine too. My biggest problem was that the oil was not changed was still black and when i went to change the oil the cap to my oil filter had been put back on crossthreaded so that the cap had to be broken off and replaced. So remember go to the dealer fixes would be cheaper and stuff is done right. Eurofix is the biggest joke.

Waldo B. - I would love the opportunity to discuss this situation with you, but I don't have a record of anyone with your first name and last initials in our system, in addition, it looks like your profile is listed as you living in San Francisco California. I'm not sure if this review was meant for a different shop, but our shop is located in Tennessee. If this review was meant for our shop in Tennessee, then we would love to discuss this more with you, so please call me at 615-861-8793.

Took a BMW X5 in to get a battery replaced. Took 5 hours and was charged at least $100 more than it should have been. When I questioned them, I was told priority is given based on whether you wait in the waiting room - not on your appointment time. I told them I could have gotten better service at another place, they told me the man was foreclosed and out of business. I knew this to be a lie and called the other place (European Automotive) and told them. When they called Eurofix, they were told that I am a liar. This call occurred with my wife standing there. If your interest is in getting overpriced repairs and very poor customer service, then these are the guys for you. I cannot speak to the quality of their work since they really only swapped a battery for me. However, their other locations in Nashville and Franklin don't seem to rate real high either. The biggest issue I have is the dishonesty. If they'll lie about one thing they'll lie about anything. I have since talked to the regional manager and he offered nothing to rectify the situation. The best advice I can offer you is STAY AWAY!!!!! Take your car to a real shop and do not deal with these guys.
