Other than prices not fitting experience quality, I'd say it was a good experience with skincare...the massage was good but I wish she didn't spend the whole time in one area. Awesome and I want more!!!

The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. The massage therapists are excellent. I also like that the office keeps track of who you last saw so you don't have to remember

I was very nervous at first because I had never been to a spa before. However, after only a few minutes, I felt totally at ease. The atmosphere is wonderful and the treatments are very relaxing. The lady who did my massage was very understanding of my modesty, and helped me to relax by talking with me like I would a friend. I can't wait to come back.

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. It was a treat for me and I look forward to coming again soon. It feels like a such a special place, especially after you enter the interior massage seating area. I cannot remember the name of the massage therapist, but I would like to have her again. One of the best massages I have ever received.

The best massage I've ever had! I was very relaxed. I loved my massage therapist's technique. She used the heels of her palms, which was fantastic and really helped my knots.

It was great. I loved my facial and the technician. She was very helpful identifying problems and solutions to my skin care regime. She also gave me some samples to take home and try. Wonderful experience - I will be back soon!

As a frequent spa junkie I was thrilled to find a spa in Richardson that exceeded all expectations. Beautiful ambience, great customer service and most important therapists who listened to what I wanted. Reasonably priced as well and loved the amenities. Highly recommend. The Spa at II Creeks to both friends and family. I got a facial and my skin looks great. I will definitely be back again soon!

This was my first time at a spa, a gift from the owner of our company. All the ladies were very inviting and made it an enjoyable experience. I took my time and sipped on my mimosa, the massage was so relaxing and therapeutic. It really relieved the stress away. I had such a wonderful experience that I have to treat my mom for her birthday here. Thank you!

My facial was both relaxing and beneficial. My skin was radiant and relaxed when I left the salon. The atmosphere is gracious and elegant without being fussy or snobby. I am thrilled this professional level of service is located in our backyard.

It was fantastic! I got the deep tissue massage, and Tricia pinpointed every spot on my back and worked out the aches and pains. Best deep tissue massage I've ever had.

I love Alla, my facials are wonderful and she knows her business well. Although I could get those services cheaper elsewhere, I love her and the atmosphere there at II Creeks Spa.

I just had a theraputic massage and hydrotoning facial massage with Tina today, and it was marvelous! She may be one of the newest employees, but she is already an excellent therapist. And, of course, the atmosphere of the spa is blissful in itself. I always enjoy my visits.

I used to like this spa, but no more. They are the best spa in the Richardson. There customer service is terrific, plus all there therapists give top notch treatments. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!! Rock on Spa at II Creeks! This is usually around to greet the clients, so it's kind of like walking into a home. I always get a facial and a massage so that I leave the spa with a fresh-looking face and very relaxed muscles. This place is everything you'd want in a spa. I had a facial that was wonderful and rejuvenating. Great service.

I have been to Spa at II Creeks a few times now and have loved every visit. It is a great place to relax, very quaint and quiet, with all the amenities that you could want in a day spa. I get my facials with the professional. She talks to you to get an idea of your expectations and provides explanations and solutions that would work best for your skin. Every visit was a great experience. I'm mostly a fanatic of the massages, the steam room, and the atmosphere. The staffs are very accommodating to your requests, and make sure to keep you their first priority. There is a small sitting area next to the steam room if you're looking for more privacy, and you're also free to lounge in the bigger waiting room with light snacks and refreshments.

This place is so relaxing and tranquil. They have great massages; actually every treatment I have had at this place has been excellent. It's wonderful after a long week and you just want to relax in peace and quiet. Reasonably priced as well and loved the amenities. Highly recommend. The Spa at II Creeks to both friends and family. I loved this place. The second best massage I've ever gotten. My bf gave me a gift certificate here for a package treatment. It was all wonderful. They have an amazing scalp massage that makes me melt. This place is so relaxing and tranquil. ! I enjoyed using the spa facilities & my treatment was out of this world! The treatment rooms are lovely. I was quite impressed and have recommended The Spa at II Creeks to both friends and family.

The quality of the massage was superior and right now I am pregnant and therefore even more picky than usual. This place is beautiful, calm, serene, they serve fruit and nuts which I like, (and brownies which I avoid), comfy lounge couch chairs for relaxing afterward. I spoiled myself with a facial and massage. Both were incredible. The service went beyond fabulous...I arrived 40 min early and was taken early. A real treat!!! . I highly recommend getting there early or staying after your appointment to enjoy their sauna and steam rooms...so relaxing.

I had a custom massage by a really great therapist. She was great. The interiors are great, spacious, relaxing, all the stuff you expect. They get an A for ambiance/design. I love it here. So many spas have so many attitudes that it's hard to really relax or you get the super cheap ones which are affordable but you can hear people fighting in the apartment next door or sounds from the store below or the rooms are too cold etc. I arrived 40 min early and was taken early. A real treat!!! . I highly recommend getting there early or staying after your appointment to enjoy their sauna and steam rooms...so relaxing.

My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary. We had the romance for two packages and it was lovely. We asked to be in the couple's room even though we were given the choice of two different rooms. We loved spending the time near each other. We had excellent facials and the very relaxing massages. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone including my own mother who is going next week.

I went to this great day spa with my girlfriend and we had the best experiences ever. We had our nails done, while eating cheese and crackers and then continued to the very cute back rooms for massage. I must say we have had plenty of massages and my girl here are by far the best. I just want to thank the staff once again for a wonderful day. When I awoke, she was so nice and my skin felt great. LOVE the sauna/steam room - super clean facility - worth every penny!

Spa at II Creeks has a great atmosphere with the best customer service in town. All the treatments I have received from the spa are effective and relaxing. I have been to many spas in my day, but let me tell you no one has ever made me feel so taking care of and pampered in my life. Thanks to the wonderful and caring staff. The Spa at II Creeks is a gem of a spa in Richardson. The customer service is excellent here, and starts at check-in, when you give up your outdoors shoes for a pair of slippers and get a key to a locker where you'll find a robe and towel.

We loved the style and relaxing look of the location. I just wish the service would have matched the great looking spa. I surprised my girl with a romance for two package. I have got quite a number of massages being that I was a pro athlete but the massage I received here was out of this world! The spa is gorgeous, fairly large, and excellent customer service. My girl loved her facial and massage also. The atmosphere was much more relaxing and the layout of the spa was easier to figure out. This is the ultimate in class and relaxation. What really matters is that I get my moneys worth. I will be a long time client. Staffs are very friendly and very professional.

This place is awesome. I felt like the service was personal and professional, the waiting area is calming and comfortable and the massage I got was great. I had the stress melt away massage, and it did the job. I would highly recommend! Everything you could ask for in a spa. Beautiful atmosphere, talented therapists and use of the facilities. This place is GREAT. It's close to home. It's beautiful. It's comfortable. It's upscale but not snotty. I had a GREAT massage therapist.
