I drive two hours round trip to Young VW, even though there's a VW dealership closer to my home. My five-year experience has been that everyone at Young makes sure my contact with them, by telephone or in person, is always positive. And they're not putting on a dog-and-pony show. They genuinely meet my needs with a smile, professionalism, and great care. So many people stop me to ask me about my Beetle that I actually keep Young VW business cards in my glove compartment to give them.

My first purchase of a Mazda could not have been smoother. I found Young Volkswagen-Mazda through an internet info search and took a chance. Stefano was very helpful with all the questions I had and made the deal very easy. From test drive to final signature, a very enjoyable experience !

Since 2005 when I purchased my GTi new from Young we've been having that and our other 2 cars (wife's '04 Mazda 3 & son's '97 Miata, both purchased elsewhere) repaired there. Their service department and body shop work has been impressive.

Several things stand out, and there really aren't any weaknesses:

Generally, repairs are completed in a day; even if, as is often the case of necessity, I don't have an appointment and have left the car after closing.

I'll get a call late morning or early afternoon explaining what they found and what it's going to cost to repair. Also if there's anything their inspection found that needs attention--either immediately or in the future. If I miss the call and call back and need to leave a message I get a call back soon. Communication is excellent and if I ask a question I get a clear answer. There's never any rushing or putting me on hold.

The work has always been done properly.

The car is always left clean, the seat in the same position, radio station where it was, etc.

When my wife's Mazda 3 needed a new transmission Young found us a used replacement and saved us a lot of money.

Her car has been in a couple of accidents and needed significant body and mechanical work. After a couple of years it's still practically impossible to tell where the repairs were and which paint is new and which original. There was no overspray as far as I can tell. I've had a tour of the body shop and it was capable and clean. My questions, as with service, were answered in detail.

On a couple of occasions I've asked if something needed repair and they've checked and said no, or found what really was needed was much less expensive than what I had thought.

Besides service, I found their sales department to be low-pressure and would have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

Purchased my 2012 Mazda at Scott. Their service was not very good. I called Young and spoke to Randy Moyer. Right away I could tell he actually cared! Took my Mazda in for service a few days later and all of the items that Scott claimed could not be adjusted were fixed. Young now has a lifetime customer! Thanks Randy and the great service guys!

The best dealership that I have ever bought a car from. John is a great salesperson and Eric helped me get the lowest interest rate possible. The service department even worked through their lunch to get my car cleaned so I could get back to work. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them again. Also the 2012 Jetta TDI gets better gas mileage than advertised.
