Who is the fellow that is at the service desk on the west end (oil/lube) of your building? I think his last name is Harvey, but I'm not sure. I would like to nominate him for an ""Eagle Award,"" not so much because of the great service I received when I was in this morning to have a tire sensor light on my Chrysler 300 checked on, but because of what I observed during my brief wait in the customer service area. A couple of guys came in, and one complained about his fiance having been treated ""rudely"" over the phone we she called the other day. Your service guy promptly apologized by shouldering the blame--even though it may well NOT have been him who was at fault--and whithin a matter of moments had both of the guys smiling and at ease. I was impressed with the way he diffused the situation. He is really good at what he does, and you can tell he enjoys his job. I must admit his attitude was contagious, as I was thinking about how good he was with all of the customers he came in contact with while I was there (which was not long)! Anyway, please pass along my compliments to him, and please do provide me with his full name, as this is the type of customer service that should be recognized, in my estimation.
