It is lakenormanlock@bellsouth.net Could this be changed because the email you have listed isn't correct and has the wrong phone number at the current email. Lake Norman Lock and Key is actually located at Lake Norman. This lake Norman Locksmith dispatch out of Charlotte, and I don't believe all the personnel have locksmith licenses. I have been using Lake Norman Lock and Key for over 17 years and highly recommend.

When we discovered that our keys were no longer working -- i.e. the would not engage the deadbolt, we called Lake Norman Lock And Key after finding them on Yelp. Couldn't ask for better service. They had a free slot later in the day, showed up, diagnosed the issue, left to get a part, came back and replaced it.
The person who helped us, Eddy, was about the nicest person of all time.
