Should be ZERO STARS but you must give at least 1 star. I purchased my 2013 Ford Explorer in August 2012, shortly thereafter I noticed the rugs, both front and back, were soaked. Fast forward to present day and 8 visits later they claim the issue is resolved. Being that the rugs have been soaked for pretty much all during that time and they had a strong nasty odor I asked them to replace the rugs. After being forced to call the Coperate office they agreed to replace the rugs. I drop the car off for the 9 th time and lo and behold only the front rug is replaced. Manny Salerno, the service manager, acknowledges that both front and back rugs were soaked and smell, but Rita from corporate decided their best offer is I could pay for the rug and they would pay for the labor, how benevolent of them considering it was a manufacturer's defect and their incompetence in fixing the problem. I called corporate on Oct. 4 and left a message with Rita to call me back about their offer, but have yet to receive a return call. Also after a year of having this ongoing problem I went to the dealership and asked about a trade in, they low balled me to the tune of $14,000 less the the purchase price, or more than$1,000 a month in payments to me to drive this Aquarium on wheels. Lastly I just dropped my car off because water was pissing out of the rear wheel well. After them having the car for a week they said their was nothing to repair and this is normal. It's amazing they took a week to deem this normal and they could say it with a straight face. Ford Motor Company will never get future business from me or any member of my family and I will be very vocal of my displeasure with this so called company. Buy a Ford at your own risk.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing the people are at this dealership. Especially Bobby Kennedy who helped me lease a Ford Edge for my mother. I leased the Edge for my mother due to the recent passing of my father, so needless to say this was not exactly a joyous occasion. Bobby was unbelievably friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When we went to pick up the car Bobby surprised us by throwing in a TON of extra options for no charge! It was the first time I had seen my mother smile in weeks! In the end I honestly felt like I was buying the car from a family member. I think that is the best review I can possibly give. I have bought a lot of different cars from a lot of different dealers in my time. Bobby and Levittown Ford are BY FAR the best experience I have EVER had. It is shocking (but in a very good way) when you run into individuals who actually care about the people they are working with. I will NEVER go anywhere else in the future!
