Terrible, Horrible, Cold and RUDE. Beth is sooooooooooo rude. She belittles; you like if you are an ignorant. Terry is soo cold and the physician is soooooo generic. The whole all female staff soo called amazing comfort. Is nothing but PMS hormonal female staff. I would never got there to get my surgery done. I prefer genuine and kind physicians with amazing staff.

I was glad about my phone call with the patient counselor. Once I was transferred to her, she told me some about the doctor and the operating center. She asked me about myself and I felt I could really tell her my problems with my body. She said they were all women there so they could relate. That made me feel less indulgent about the whole thing. I called back before the appointment to ask if I could make it 10 minutes later and the greeter Terrie or Teryn was not nice at all. I thought I wouldn't go the moment I hung up. I called back to make a complaint but she answered again and asked me what I wanted. I really liked the feminine perspective so I decided I would go anyway. The person who was so short with me on the phone was at the computer desk and asked me for I.D, I wanted to say to her that she should say hello first. Thankfully she never looked up and never said another word to me. I was feeling like I was rescued when I was whisked away to see the doctor. The counselor I had had a connection with took me to my room. The doctor was extra specialShe was easy to talk to and very in style. I feel like I would trust her with my life without uqestion. After they gave me pricing and talked to me more about myself and my situation and time off of work. I felt so good about everything. The counselor walked me out and I met some other of the staffers that were so cheerful. I will be having plastic surgery soon I just have to debate about whether I can tolerate the witch at the reception area. When I left she didn't even look my way. The doctor saved it though with her time with me.

Update on my review is that I got a nice letter from Donna Rich M.D. and a nice call to see how I was doing from the surgery scheduling girl. It is a nice touch and I feel good about it.
