We are very pleased with our association with Orlando Realty Experts, We have found them extremely professional and ethical in their dealings. In a land purchase transaction they facilitated for us, without prompting or asking, we received a refund from them of part of the brokerage that we had paid them because the payment to the land owner was reduced by a small amount for some reason. We believe these high ethical standards need to be emulated across the industry. I really appreciate Orlando Realty Experts and the team for any property assignment.

As we draw closer to our moving time, I just wanted to drop you a line thanking you for your excellent service in selling our house so promptly and so efficiently. In the whole process of getting the house ready, buying a new house and moving, actually selling the house was the least stressful. I must admit that I was doubtful that the Orlando Realty Experts process would work. After all, there were no glossy ads or high profile promotion or billboards, but my wife was trust on your confident and assured approach and we decided to give it a go. The house was sold on the first weekend. We were contacted promptly when the offers were received on the following Monday and we virtually knew the house was sold that night. We were quite amazed at how quickly and easily it all proceeded. So once again, thank you for all your help ?? with the sale and subsequent dealings with purchasers, conveyancers and even advice on our new house.
