I really like the set up at Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Centers in San Jose and Mountain View. Starting off with a client advocate who calmed my nerves and helped clear my head a little before heading into the ultrasound . Thank you very much for the information.

Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center is just amazing. My husband and I were definitely not planning on getting pregnant, and most of all, we weren??t financially prepared. Real Options didn??t require anything from us (no applying, no proving our financial status, no proving our citizenship?), but was there for us every step of the way. I got a free pregnancy test and ultrasound right away, and that was necessary for me to get on Medi-Cal (the nurse made up a written statement to authenticate my pregnancy for Medi-Cal). The ultrasounds were so special. It was such a treat to be able to see our son as such a young age, especially when we didn??t have the money for that kind of a luxury. They were there for us no matter what decision we wanted to make about our pregnancy. They gave us free parenting and birthing classes, which included a whole lot of free baby items. Real Options was just a very important part of my pregnancy. None of the services that they provided cost me anything or gave me a headache, and everything that they did for us was incredible. I highly recommend Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center in San Jose!

The environment at Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Centers in San Jose and Mountain View were so very professionally run it was impressive, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. All the services were free and i felt like they supported me in every way. I was treated with kindness and respect without judgment.
