I found Mr. Kotzker to be very cordial, genuinly concerned with my issue and thorough in his ability to provide a favorable outcome for my situation. He provided useful information concerning the law as it related to my need as well as recommendations to help avoid having to use his services again. Obviously that works against his firms pocket, which implies the concern more for my benefit as a consumer/client rather than adding to his own benefit. I received a traffic citation which could have wrought further setback if convicted. As my record was not the best, I anticipated an less than favorable outcome. Mr. Kotzker's representation in the court proved exceptional; providing a much needed break, minimal cost, uninterrupted priveledges, peace of mind, and furthermore his advice yielded a simple change in my approach behind the wheel. I intend to avoid needing his services again, but will definately use it again if needed; and agressively advertise in his favor to others. Do not use this attoney. I hired John Kotzker for two traffic cases and was put on hold for months while he gave me excuses as to why he couldnt schedule the court dates. I incurred thousands in travel cost due to his procrastination,and was issued an arrest warrent for failure to appear two months after he was paid in full.Hiring Mr Kotzker was a HUGE mistake.
