.

This location just opened and I was really excited to have a Bahama Breeze close by. However, compared to their other locations in Orlando- this place has no energy, no vibe and is nothing special. The food was awful, not one person at my table was pleased with the meal. One person ordered a specialty burger and got a plain cheese burger. My daughters "fish tacos" were a joke- two pieces of tilapia slapped inside a unheated tortilla, it was GROSS. I got the chicken and sweet potatoes which came out cold. The sauce for the chicken was some type of disgusting hollandaise sauce thick and horrible, not at all as described on the menu.

My toddlers slidders came out PINK when I asked for well done- and it was just a burger someone ripped up in pieces and threw on a little bun. It was really ghetto. We had to ask for drinks to be refilled and our waitress may have been new to food service but she could have at least smiled. She had the personality of a zombie. She even reached over our appetizer and bumped it with her sleeve and hand showing us something on the menu. We couldn't eat that either. Thanks a lot! What a waste of time and money. I would have complained to the manager then but my husband thought it would be worthless and just wanted to leave.

Darden, PLEASE make your restaurant a place people want to go! If you want return business you need to run a tight ship!
