.

We (3) went on a Monday night. It was not busy at all, but there were a few people waiting to be seated. When I put my name on the list, the hotess said 25-30 minute wait. I looked at her real funny as I was looking around and saw about 6 tables that were empty. I asked why so long of wait and she said the tables in the middle are for larger groups (5 chairs). She "implied" the groups were already there and just waiting to be seated at them. We went to the bar to wait and ordered a couple of drinks that took about 10 minutes to get. I'm still in shock of the empty tables with 3 more at the bar area, which the bartender said the hostess had to seat you at those too. A larger group (5) came in about 15 minutes after us and they still had to wait their "mandatory" 25-30 minutes. We were eventually seated at a table for 4 and the "larger" group was right after us in one of those tables that had been empty the whole time we waited. My gripe is, you would think that instead of saving larger tables "in hopes" of large parties coming in, you would try to get your guests in and out as soon as possible...but who am I, just someone that will never go back. The WHOLE time we had been sitting at the table, there were 4 tables next to us that were never cleaned or cleared off....just baffles me.....Food was OK, but my blood had already been boiling from waiting with all these tables that were actually empty
