Joel & Co Construction - General Contractors

Joel & Co. Construction is a fantastic general contractor. The entire staff was professional, personable, and extremely thorough. Joel Portillo was personally involved with the project from start to finish. He is very attentive to detail and so is his team of workers. Its was a long processes finding the right contractor and I am so happy I decided to go with Joel. I really enjoyed the whole process and the results of the house are perfect.

I had a great experience with Joel & Co Construction. They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom. I will definitely call them back to remodel the rest of my house. The kitchen looks like something out of a design magazine, I love it. I have more space to cook and the layout is much more functional. I have my dream kitchen now and it is so easy to cook for dinner parties. Our master bath is also beautiful; Joel has such a great vision for putting materials together. He does amazing work. I am also very satisfied with the price. It was well worth it. The crew was very friendly and really went the extra mile to make me happy.

Working with Joel & Co Construction has been a unique experience. I have worked with contractors on several commercial and small home projects, and my past experiences have been mixed at best. I never imagined how smoothly and easily a remodel could go until I worked with Joel and his guys. From the day I first met with Joel, I have been blown away by his integrity, a quality that seems elusive in this industry. He genuinely cares about meeting and exceeding his clients' expectations in every way, and throughout this project I have seen a level of consistency and dedication that are truly rare. Moreover, the rest of the crew has been respectful, reliable, and incredibly helpful, without exception. To say that Joel & Co goes above and beyond is an understatement. Having worked with them, I can't imagine ever working with another company on any remodeling project, for my business or home.

I've been using this general contractor for about 2 years now and all the work they've done is fantastic. Joel and his team are a pleasure to work with. They do detailed work, they are friendly, very polite. and always willing to work within my budget....... RECOMMEND 100%

Joel & Co Construction is a highly professional construction company, which I would recommend to anyone. Whether it be for large home renovations or a quick paint job. Care and great pride are quite evident in any work that this company does. Their team is willing to listen to your ideas and are very happy to please you. Working with Joel is always a great experience.
