There's no short selection of computer companies in Austin. It's hard to find a computer shop that still has passion in the work they do. IT Conflict is a micro company that is just that. They're just a few techs doing what they love and do best.
Eric is a good friend of mine so accept my review however you'd like. I will say, he has always helped me out with various issues with my computers, smart phones, and other technical questions that have come up. He's textbook polite and patient and EXTREMELY knowledgable!
Thanks to an Amazon local coupon I found them, and paid half of what other computer companies quoted me! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know.
Fantastic experience! IT Conflict Computer Repair was the text book definition of a professional, honest, and thorough service. All of my repairs were explained in detail, ended up actually paying less than the original quote because the labor involved was less than expected, and they had it fixed within 2 hrs of me dropping it off! Now that is truly great customer service!
I will be referring IT Conflict Computer Repair to all of my friends in the future. Thanks again for everything.

Eric is the man! I needed some computer repair work performed on my laptop ASAP because I was giving a very important power point presentation the next day and I couldn't get it to power up. It only took Eric 20 min from the time he came to my house till he had my computer working again! He showed me the problem (a switch had shorted) and fixed it at a totally reasonable rate. Great customer service and honest. Definitely recommend!
