.

I would not recommend buying a used car from these folks. I first contacted them by email concerning a Chevy Avalanche. I was subsequently contacted by Angel to set up an appointment to see and drive the vehicle. I liked the vehicle and started the negotiation process. I was then being contacted by Angel and Andy, the internet sales manager. It felt like I was passed back and forth between them during the negotiation process. They even tag teamed me during the purchase phase. The promotional material online and that I was sent by the dealer vehicle clearly states that it came with "Wireless Bluetooth Connectivity". However, when I attempted to connect my phone it became evident that it did not. I reached out to both Angel and Andy on this issue. I did not demand a specific solution. I just wanted what I paid for. The first to respond was Andy. He told me that they were a Ford dealer and just did not know it was not there, but sorry. Angel called me and told me that they consider OnStar to be bluetooth, according to the used car manager. I tried to explain that there is a difference, even according to other AutoNation Dealers (I called one and asked). They are not interested in making sure I am a happy customer, I have bought 5 vehicles in the past 10 years. I will not buy another from these folks and probably will be hesitant to visit another AutoNation. And YES, I have told All my friends about my experience.
