We used Lucky limo this weekend for an event in Washington DC. Not only was our driver on time, he was early. The car was spotless and great. We had several pickups before reaching our destination, we got there a few minutes early and didn't want to go in yet so driver drove us around until we were ready to go. When it was time for him to pick us up and take us home, he was right there waiting, and when we asked if he knew of anyplace good to eat, he took us to an amazing Chinese food restaurant in Chinatown where we had a blast and the food was delicious. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better ride. The price was super competitive and Lucky responded quickly everytime I had a question. We will definitely use them in the future.

I have been using Lucky for about 9 years and I will never use another company while I reside in Washington DC. They are the ultimate professionals.
I work with celebrities in the movie and music business and I never have to worry about a driver hearing info and passing it along where it doesn't belong. That is a HUGE plus. Also I am happy to say that the drivers are very capable of handling themselves in an emergency situation. A couple of times during a pick up of a VIP our driver had to escort us to our car and used himself as a shield and didn't back down when pushed and tugged.

fter speaking with the gentleman at Lucky Limousine about their service they made me feel comfortable from our initial conversation. I decided to give them a shot at my business and it was one of the best decisions I made in 2012. While also receiving a complimentary upgrade on sedans (from a Lincoln Town Car to a Luxury SUV) for a fraction of the cost as my previous supplier. Visiting Washington DC for the first time can be scary when you have no idea what to expect. At first we were going to take a shuttle or taxi and decided to try Lucky Limo services and I am so thankful we did. Our driver, checked in with us the day prior to our arrival to confirm our pick-up , which was so helpful when you are trying to pack and don't really have time to make sure all your arrangements are in place. Once we arrived, driver was there waiting for us. Unfortunately, our luggages were delayed but he was very patient and considerate. Driver was very pleasant and professional. He gave us a lot of advice on where to go for night clubs and restaurants. He also new all the shortcuts (a plus). We immediately, booked with him our pick-up to go back to the airport as well. My overall experience with this company is beyond words. I will keep Lucky Limo number in my phone for my next trip to DC. I highly recommend this company. Especially if you want prompt, professionalism and courtesy.
