They were very professional. They did a perfect job on replacing my son's iPod screen. They did it in less than an hour! They were helpful and courteous! I would totally recommend them to all my friends!!

I brought my son's ipod in here to have the screen fixed. The man at the front desk told me it would be $80.00 and done the same day and they would call when it was done. Didn't hear back from them at all. I called down the next day and I was told that the screens were on order and it would be about a week if I wanted white or they could put a black one on instead and I could come and get it that day. I asked why I haden't been notified of this situation and was given the run around for about 5 minutes. I told them just do the black screen and then asked to speak to a manager or the business ower and was told that he wasn't in. I told them to call me back when he came in. Never got a call back from them. I got a call the next day and was told my iPod was ready. I came and picked it up and it was a mess. There was dirt and glue residue all over it and the screen was popping up on the upper left corner, I simply asked them why it was like this and could it be fixed and cleaned otherwise I want a partial refund. The man at the front desk curtly told me no refunds and that he warranties the screen for the life of the iPod. I asked again to speak to a manager and some other guy Andy I think it was came out and told me that the screen won't seat right unless he fixed some bent part on there and it would be an extra $30.00. I simply told him I just wanted my money back thanks anyways and he proceeded to tell me that sure he'd give me my money back but he'll have to "re break my device." What a bunch of bullcrap. I just took my iPod and left. Very very sad! Now the entire top half of the screen is coming off. What a rip off! I would definately recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

I texted the store today, below is exactly how the conversation took place and I can post pictures to prove it.

ME: How much to fix cracked screen (only) on iPhone 4S? OWNER: $140. The glass and LCD both have to be replaced.
ME: OK thanks anyways, Computer Brainz in Saint Cloud will do for 100, have a great day
OWNER: No they won't
ME: For me they will, but thanks for arguing
OWNER: Thanks for being an a$$hole
ME: How?
Owner: Its $130-150, If you're a friend of theirs then its not a fair comparison plus we warranty for the life of the phone. You're the one who came at me w attitude and a know it all perspective.

I then called the store and recorded the call. I asked for the owner, after my call was screened I was told he was not available. I said that I was the guy he called an a$$hole and insisted to speak with him.

The owner answered the phone, did not allow me to talk at all and called me multiple profanities I do not need to lower myself to post online. I never once swore, or was negative at all. He told me to go back to school, said I made his life miserable, and that I was wasting his time calling in.

He said go ahead and post, that I'm not the King of Saint Cloud, and he dares me to do whatever I can to put him out of business. He then proceeded to tell me what a great guy he was an how he was fixing a handicapped kids phone for free! Pretty obvious he hung up the phone before I could offer any opinion on how he was treating me.

All I can do is HIGHLY encourage you to spend your money elsewhere and not support someone who clearly has zero regard for other people/potential future customers.

A lifetime warranty only lasts as long as the business that offers it!
