Williams & Cluff was a very helpful bankruptcy attorney. They helped us to fend off a creditor who shall remain nameless who was bent on garnishing my wages. I am the sole source of income since my wife lost her job. Travis helped us a lot, and now we can breathe a bit easier.

They guided me through the bankruptcy process. I was at ease as we sat down with the trustee and felt confident that not only did they know and understand the intimate details of my case, but had a rapport with the Trustee that comes only through your thorough preparation and experience. As I watched some of the other clients with their attorneys or appointed representative, I felt convinced that we had not only made the right decision (although difficult) to file, but that their experience and know-how of the process would make things as smooth and seamless as possible. I know that there will be more things for us to do as we rebuild and regroup, but I just wanted to thank them for them assistance and work up to this point of our case. -Chad S.
