My son is getting married soon and needed help to find something that will fit his budget. We was afraid we have to get her something small or something that a girl wont like. She doesn't care for a ring, which makes him even more on wanting to get her something unique. They are young and in love. But thanks to this online jeweler we found, he was able to get her the perfect ring for under $3K. She love the ring and so do we, it was a really great experience and definitely will come back in the near future, with my next son.

My fianc and I decided to try ordering online since we had heard good things from a couple different friends. We ended up looking at cushion cut diamonds because I wanted something classic but a little out of the ordinary. While many typical stores don't even carry cushion cut stones. But they had a wide-ranging selections. Since neither of us makes a lot of money (thanks grad school!), I was worried that we'd only be able to afford a diamond that you'd need a microscope to see. Much to my surprise, we were able to find something of considerable size and incredible quality (so sparkly!) that fit our relatively modest budget. Furthermore, their customer service rep that I spoke with was able to answer my questions about shipping times and was friendly to boot! While my mom still thinks it's a little strange that we bought a ring online, now that I've had the pleasure of ordering it online from the right person, I would never do it any other way.

Positive experiences: I have emailed customer service on a few occasions and have been pleased with all the responses. One in particular was for a price drop that occurred after my ring was ordered but before it was shipped. They gave me the discount without a hassle. I will gladly continue doing business with them.

We apologize for the delay in letting you and everyone know about this, but my ring was just fabulous! The pictures on your website really did not do it any justice, lol - it is beautiful beyond words. The ring was delivered within 3 days just as promised from the time I did the bank wire. We are still overwhelmed by the ring - it really is out of this world! The people I have shown it to have been equally taken by the beauty of the ring. Thank you for all your help and fast response in the delivery, ext of the ring. The note I received with the ring was also a lovely touch. Thank you very much again. PS. We did not even have to have the ring adjusted, as it fitted me perfectly - this was quite unbelievable, with my size being 4 3/4.

I recently purchased a custom designed wedding ring from and I have to say that I am totally satisfied. The sales person ??Kyle? work with throughout the entire process starting with drawing the ring, all the way to the detail engraving on the band. They are a firmly established and trustworthy jewelry store in the area that concentrating on reputation rather than just quick profit. Keep it up. God Bless.

I had called for some assistant on searching for a particular style I want to have my center stone set in. I will say, I regret not finding this place for my center, but glad I found it to get my setting. She help me find the perfect one that went just right with my center and for the budget I had left. Answer ALL my questions before I made the purchased. But one thing I wouldn't think of is that a jewelry store would offer LIFETIME WARRANTY AND UPGRADE on their products. I told my husband I know where to get my next ring and he said there is a NEXT!! LOL!! So cute!! But whomever is reading or looking for a honorable jeweler, THEY ARE THE ONE!!

Excellent deals and competitive price that??s how I describe shopping here at. The website is really large, which to a novice online shopper, it can be really overwhelming. But, they do have a search tool which makes shopping a lot easier. I would recommend this place for all jewelry shoppers who??s looking for great deals.

This was my first time shopping for something that was going to change my life with my lovely girlfriend. I went from knowing nothing about diamonds, to being very confident. The only thing I know is the style she likes. I learned everything I needed to learn from poking around your education page and calling customer service. It was an extremely big purchase and is very important for me and I had to get it everything just perfect. The way Kayla walk me through the process from loose diamonds to the setting that I had described to her was what I needed.
