I spoke with Bud and he confirmed that the vehicle will come with the following amenities free of charge:red carpet,champagne, ice, bottled water, cold Heineken beer, soda, party favors, balloons.

Above you can see what I was supposed to be billed. I was billed 569.00 instead of 370.12 A total of 198.88 is due back to me.
This really isn??t my main complaint with this company although my bank and limos.com are both investigation these charges. My main complaint is with the actual service. Our limo driver showed up late on our wedding day, about 20 minutes. It really put immediate added pressure on the day which was completely unnecessary. He was extremely rude and demanded I give him a credit card for the ride. It??s my wedding day man! He shows up late and he make demands that can??t be taken care of a later time? There were no balloons, party favors, or red carpet that was promised in the contract as you can see listed above. Elvis, our limo driver, had no idea how to get to the wedding. My hard of hearing Dad had to yell directions to him from the back seat. In conclusion, I was overcharged, the driver was late, and the driver didn't know where he was going. When I called and emailed to resolve this issue, Billy Tryon hung up on me, twice. His email response was generic and clearly not suggesting any real solution. This was the worst thing that happened on our wedding day and my goal is to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I feel the services rendered were extremely poor and I was disappointed in the integrity and quality of this company. Please read the reviews on this company as this is not the first time things like this have happened to other customers. Thank you.
