I had the worst experience ever in the service dept. After spending $4000 to get my car running, the service advisor called to say they couldn't put the dash back together because all of the parts weren't there. I go to the car and see they were in the back seat and the car still didn't start! I was so appalled that they tried to give me my car back, not put together! We leave the car there so they can get it starting and put the dash and trim back together. We come back the next day only to find the dash still not completed and the service advisor claiming someone else broke some of the pieces and there were missing screws, which is why it was incomplete. Telling me there were no extra screws in the whole dealership. Only to find broken pieces of the dash on the driver's side floor mat, which lets me know it was one of his techs who broke the pieces. Of course all of this happens after the bill has been paid. So now I have a dash with wires exposed. Neither me nor anyone else in my family will be returning to this dealership for anything ever again for anything!
I recently fulfilled a childhood dream of getting a convertible and BMW of Mount Laurel couldn??t have made the process easier for me.
A quick back story, I was a die hard Mini Cooper owner, but with summer approaching, I really wanted to get a convertible. The Mini convertible was just too small. I was comparing the BMW 1 series with a few other makes and models. What won me over was the amazing service and price I got from BMW. I work in sales myself, and I was thoroughly impressed by the way they do business.
My sales advisor, Ky Williams, was very helpful, I got the price I wanted and a great trade in value. I contacted the dealership via their website Wednesday evening, they emailed me promptly Thursday morning.
They are right down the road from my office, so I ran down on my lunch break to test drive. We negotiated the deal Thursday evening and I picked it up on Friday. The car I got had every feature I wanted and more. They took care of all of the paperwork beautifully, made it really hassle free.

Great job overall throughout the process of completing a routine service on my vehicle. As always, Nick took great care of me. I only needed my vehicle back before 5pm but he was able to have the service completed right around 1pm. We had just gone down to that area, (70+ miles from home), on business, and just stopped into your Dealership on the off-chance that I may find my "Dream BMW" that my Husband and I had been shopping for so long. After a dozen plus car buying experiences (two of which were BMWs) over the past 25 years, I can honestly say I have never been compelled to write a note of appreciation following the buying/selling experience. This situation is different. From my first to last interaction with Ky he was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. In the Delaware Valley I have several dealerships I could have purchased from, but I chose to purchase from your dealership for the reasons I mention above. I know it's only been two days, but I could not be more satisfied with my BMW and the experience with your dealership.
