We live in a very rainy area of the country, so I need a good cover
for my work station at job sites that can be used over and over
again. I had bought one of their commercial UC-3 10X10 canopies at a local vender a few years ago and had been very impressed with it's design. A very good investment, compared to the previous cheaper canopies I had used before. Which made me want to be a return client after a wind storm mishap at a job site had severely damaged 2 cross members and tore the cover up, but I could not seem to find this brand again any where locally. I had not even realized this canopy was designed to be able replace the cross struts until I finally went to their web site for a replacement canopy. Now I am even more impressed with their company ethics. A subject quite dear to me in the way I run my business as well, but sadly lacking in most industry. I was able to repair the old frame I have within a half hour replace the damaged cross braces, even though they did not come with an Allen wrench or extra bolts. I damaged one that started to cross thread, but I was able to scab one off the middle hinge of the broken cross strut.

The cost was $180 for the pair of cross braces and a new stronger
cloth cover in black. That may be more than some cheap pop-up
canopies, but I know I will get 10X more uses out of it, so I'm
actually saving 80% of the cost of those cheaper canopies that don't last by just repairing this one.

I just received my order quite swiftly. Just 3 days after placing my
order. The box with a new 8X16 canopy was torn up and looked as if a gorilla had been handling it, but fortunately the fantastic thick cloth zipper cases they come in protected it from harm, and it set up just fine w/o issue. I love the 8X16 size, where the 10X10 was a little too small, but the 10X 20 would be too large for how I use it. I wish I had realized they offered this size a long time ago, but it is my own fault for not bothering to visit their web site until just recently.
