He gave me his suggestions as to what he recommended, and then ended his suggestions with "It is your home, you have the final decision." He was very professional, took off his shoes upon entering my home, and did a very good job. He even waited until my husband got home from work to explain the system to him. I am very pleased with everything I have experienced so far and hope to stay that way.
I have my new ADT Home Security System installed. Actually, my friends and relatives suggested ADT. And so far i am extremely happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions its better to check for the value you get for your PAYMENT.

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away.
A lot of people are making a fuss over a simple alarm fault. Companies have their limitations as well and sometimes, they fell short on their services. ADT is the best company but let us not forget that can commit mistakes as well. It is very unfair to call them a scam and what not, because they would not be in the business this long if they are doing their best.
Their policy is not to leave a message but if they know that the alarm will disarm phone, this policy sucks! Today i forgot the alarm was on and opened door by mistake. I went to disarm the alarm but no call from ADT. Spoke to them and they said that since we disarmed the alarm within 120 seconds, there was no need. I responded what if there was a burglar with a knife to my neck? We told them that this policy didn't work and they replied that we are stuck until 2012. So let me get this straight...they do not provide service they are supposed to and i have no way of getting out of contract?
We went with ADT because of the fire and carbon monoxide monitoring. To my knowledge nobody else offers that. It is excellent piece of mind when we are not at home. And the iPhone app and computer interface work great. Im not sure why ADT is number two on this website, it is a great service.
